I didn’t say that the mother would have been excluded from the picture if he won custody, I just thought the movie was going into a different direction with the figure of the mother, but then I was pleasantly surprised. I agree with you, but I totally understand and respect Nagisa’s decision, because he made it with his daughter in mind.
