It was strange since the beginning honestly. Like the fact that she just assumed that he was gay... and then doesn't even believe him when he says he's not. And her reason to believe so seems to be because "he looks/acts gay(????)" which doesn't make any sense... there are so many things wrong with this.
This episode was another emotional journey, I couldn't help but cry when Gene and his father finally talked. Then they gave us so many SibGene cute moments! (And their handsomeness is just on another level *^*) The product placement doesn't even bother me in this series ahah Next week's episode is probaly going to be very painful to watch. I'm scared.

I had the same impression. I feel like at that moment they should've cleared things up and figured out where the relationship was going, not kiss. They needed some time apart, like Ohm's character said.
OhmFluke was perfect. The story was a bit too complicated for such a short running time, so it felt underdeveloped at the end. But maybe it's just me wanting more OhmFluke content ahah I love them.

It really was unexpected. I think that he was surprised that Gene said it out loud. He always read any kind of interaction bewteen Gene and Sib, since they were little, as "gay" and that screams internalized homophobia to me.
