When they were little they were just really good friends. Only after he grew up, Sib realized that what he felt when he was younger might have been something more than friendship, but he had no idea at the time. It's pretty normal.

I stopped the episode to say that I think that was the most normal bl fan portrayed in a series. She was just a nice, polite girl ;-; Thank you Lovely Writer.

They mentioned that Ait and James already met at another casting, so maybe Ait started to admire/like him when they first met, for some reason we don't know.
I have a strange feeling about Ait though. I feel like he's trying to get close to the director on purpose because he has some ulterior motives, but I could be totally wrong, they probably just like each other.
