Nice article, very well organized! It gives a person that has not yet watched the movie an idea about the flavour. I have not yet watched it, its in my list and to be honest I cant wait to "taste" it slowly like a really nice candy. I really like Wei Zhe Ming, having him in memory since Find yourself...he looks really eye candy for me. Regarding your questions, I think age gap can be really very attractive if a woman looks for a father figure ( if she is younger) or her motherhood feelings are aroused by a younger man. I cannot judge for a man, but I suppose they can also be attracted in a similar way if they look for a motherly figure or are really attracted by youth and freshness. Regarding opposites, I think they can definitely attract, on a short term for sure....however, after being in the same marriage for 27 years+, it can become tiring and frustrating unless the love survives or there is a willingness from both parts to compromise.....otherwise, it would be best for similar personalities, with similar hobbies and interests to remain in a stabile relationship.
Thanks for your article, I really enjoyed it and I look forward even more to watch the drama!!!
Thank you for the article!!! I totally agree with the ones I know, like Gu Dong Mae,Wang So,Choi Young Do,...and I also took note of the other movies to watch them so I can have an opinion ...sounds at least exciting :-)
Thank you for the article!!! I have not seen all the movies, but I do agree with the ones I saw ( like Behind your smile, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, Goblin, Noble, My Love, Just You). I have to say I was totally impressed by the Jasper Liu- Puff Gao couple, and I would like to see them again. I also would love to see Park Seo Jun And Park Min Young again, since they were fantastic in Whats wrong with secretary Kim. The bromance between Lee Jong Suk and Kim Woo Bin is again fantastic and would be great to see them again , and since we are talking about that, the Hwarang and Moon Lovers bromances were also great!!!
there are so many couples we would love to see back...lets hope the industry can survive in this crazy times and still bring us at least nice times for our hearts in front of the TV :-), since we cant get out of house too much anyway....
I really loved your article, I find it very useful and I tend to agree with most of your opinions.....but most of all, I loved the rabbit-hole analogy! I am european andI have started falling for asian cinema in COVID times, after watching my 2 daughters obsessing over some dramas, mangas and animes. I do have to confess that I am totally addicted now...in the same time, I am in deep admiration for Hallyu, the seriousness and tenacity they invested over past 10-15 years in movies and dramas made them famous all over the world now, while raising the interest towards all Asian cinematography, may it be korean, chinese, taiwanese, thai or else...It was about time that this geography contributed more to the world and be a rising star.....I do hope in time they will also become an alternative to Hollywood, which is aged, boring and unimaginative.....seeing the success of Parasite and constant rise of audience, I am full of hope!
