I think the issue with that is their romance wont be portrayed as the usual bunch of over the top moments of feelings blooming due to mixtures of fiery eye contact, physical contact, and moments of jealousy. The dramas story has already been going on for over a year now and we are only at episode 24 this means that RTZ and TT have been living, working and playing together all day for a year now and the drama isnt trying to show a trail of explosive moments over this year where they fall deeper and deeper in love but a very slow shift in their attitudes and actions towards each other that is expressed in every interaction between them and not just the obvious over the top moments that are thrown into our face to tell us yes they are in love. Also they are definitely in the crushing on each other stage where neither of them want to risk losing the friendship they have blossomed and TT still isnt 100% sure how RTZ views MM so she is afraid of losing one of her newly formed roots. They haven't even gotten to the stage where they are comfortable showing their affections for each other to each other let alone being open about it with others but I feel it is gonna be something that slowly happens as everything about this shows message is all about taking time to allow yourself and others to slowly come into harmony instead of rushing things in moments of fiery passion (which was TT negative trait of being too impulsive in the start)

Definitely feels like we are approaching the climax of MM's story with the way she was reacting to her phone this latest episode. Sadly from the end credits this probably means she will be dead soon im just worried it is gonna be a suicide that is probably somehow connected to who got her pregnant in the first place. This possibility is really gonna hit RTZ hard cause he definitely got way too attached to her even if I do not feel he has shown any signs of romantic feelings towards her but as I have said before she is definitely giving me the feeling she is supposed to be that first really tough patient death for a young doctor (RTZ in this case) that all medical dramas have as a message about how doctors shouldn't get too attached.

Also the whole MM and RTZ couple speculation has kinda gotten old since yes he obviously cares for her but he hasn't really shown anything like romantic attraction towards her so his mom constantly bringing it up is kinda overdone at this point. The reason I don't think TT bringing it up is overdone is because it feels more like she is feeling out her crush's affections for a possible rival instead of just being a helicopter. Also the gradual shift in RTZ and TT relationship over what has apparently been a little over a year of knowing each other from enemies to pretty obviously crushing on each other feels a lot more natural of a progression compared to a lot of dramas where it feels like there are only 2 states which are either hating or loving/lusting after each other without anything between those states.

I mean there being these large time jumps is really the only way they could realistically portray Tou Tou and Rebecca who came in with no medical knowledge becoming doctors over the course of the drama since you can't become a doctor in a short time period from nothing.

He is definitely starting to give off some jealous vibes and he feels like he is gonna be somewhat of an antagonist towards tian zhen and probably tou tou to a lesser extent because he is jealous that he views them having it easy cause of their family connections. Granted I am not saying he will be like the villain of the show but he is definitely giving me the vibe that he will be the cause of a couple issues over the course of the story. I think Wu Shan Dao will also use him for his own goals a little bit cause I'm also getting some small antagonist vibes from him. Shan Dao and Li Quan are feeling like they fill the same role between the age groups a little bit.

As a side not I also do not see any romantic attraction from Li Quan towards tou tou like people are suspecting and the end credits scenes definitely point towards him being with tou tou's roommate.

Also just in case you are unaware I think there are 2 different versions of the end credits with odd number episodes having one and even having the the other at least if you are watching it from youhug's youtube channel which I am.

account is too new to link stuff but it is around the 43:50 mark of episode 8 in the end credits where I am pretty sure you see meng meng's parents and house keeper around a body draped with a white sheet

There is an end credits scene that could definitely hint towards what could happen as a result of his actions if I am recognizing the right people in it

To be fair how tian zhen treats tou tou is kinda like a sibling so I am fine with some of the screwing around but sometimes it feels a bit too far.

As far as meng meng ya he is definitely letting his guilt over the earlier incident lead him to over care for his patient so they could be using her as that typical medical drama case that teaches the rookie not to get over attached to a patient. Given her mental state it doesn't feel appropriate that everyone is talking about him being attracted to her so I hope if there ever is a romance between them it is after she recovers however there is a scene in the end credits that leads me to believe it is doubtful or short lived.

So from watching some of the mv's and the opening/ending credits they have on the youtube channel it definitely looks like tianzhen will be dating xumeng at some point in the drama probably earlier on however it also feels like there is a chance that either xumeng dies or maybe just leaves him but im leaning towards xumeng dies and tianzhen goes on some thrill seeking/life discovery journey with the bungee jumping and gliding scenes we see and his absence in some family scenes and tou tou is the one that looks for him and helps him recover probably so their relationship could come as part of that process as she is healing him and after she has matured over the course of the show already but I do not see them being together till towards the end of the show if ever and only possibly after he has already dated xumeng and lost her in some way

Ya it is wonky but I think the chart/levels are something like:

Used the 2 youngest characters for the reference to family relations to help show the wonkiness of it all

I think she will grow up faster than we expect since having the story span multiple years with time skips would feel more natural than the usual drama timeline bubble since you cant magically be trained as a doctor in a short time and only seeing the beginning and the end result of the apprenticeship is boring. Granted this is more my hopes and even if that turns out to be the case that doesn't mean the amount of episodes between skips will be the same so the immature beginning period may be a longer section of the drama but I would prefer them spacing it out as a slowly growing into herself in segments instead of a burst of hardlife forced growup bullshit like a lot dramas do

It is a medical drama if there isnt a sars/mers/covid storyline at some point then it would be weird lol

they are not related by blood but through master/apprentice relations of their parents/grandparents/etc...so she is higher in relation because she is like the granddaughter of the master of the mls grandfathers master or something along those lines

Im getting a major feel that tianzhen and xumeng will be a couple at the start but xumeng will die and since im assuming the story is gonna take place over a couple years since tou tou cant become a doctor in a short period of time, then after or as part of tianzhen recovering from his heartbreak he gets with tou tou
