This is -contrary to the premise- a very simple feelgood story with very few annoyances. Though at the same time it's super shallow & despite the format it feels too slow as well. Also everything that is typically wrong with Japanese romance content is also present in this show. I watched Shanai Marriage Honey just the other day & that was a lot better, that's what gave me the courage to try another similar Japanese drama after years of avoiding them, but this is super cringe compared to your average c/k drama, which is saying something.

So yes, in a vacuum this okay -not great-, but partly due to my personal biases & jculture fatigue I think I'll continue avoiding these in the future.
