No matter how much I try, I cannot just get into this drama! The FL is perfect! It’s the ML who ruins this drama…
I thought the exact same thing and was just worried it was me with all the good reviews! I did finish mostly for the FL, but definitely I felt there was something off about their chemistry.
I looked at some comments before watching this and was a bit unsure about it so decided to at least watch a couple episodes. I’ve nearly caught up with all the airing episodes and have enjoyed it so far! I’ve been in need of a light hearted, and a little silly rom com and this has been great! Now I’m just sad I’ve got to wait for airing episodes 🥲
Amazing drama to easily binge watch!! Kind of gave me vibes of an anime storyline or something. I thought the action was amazing and the characters are great!! It's not perfect but was a great break from constantly watching romcoms which I can get a bit bored of now and then!
I will remember this drama for the joy it gave me as I was excited each week to watch it. It added a lot of happiness to my boring days and comfort during this pandemic. It was also nice to enjoy a kdrama again as I'm really struggling to find ones I enjoy and finish. The ending is well... yeah same feelings as a lot of others I think, I'm just going to skip over that part and remember the good parts.
Also super amazing job from all the actors! I'm seriously impressed with Lee Jae Wook's acting, he was so so good! I was shocked to realise he is the same age as me. He manages to portray a mature character regardless of age really well which really helped with his pairing with Go Ah ra. Also I loved Go Ah Ra's acting too! I've heard mixed things about her and the only thing I watched with her in I dropped. But I loooveeeed her character here and her style too! I was in love with everything she wore like that is totally my style ahah!
Ah yes, kick the orphan while he's down. He never deserved anything anyway. I guess it is fitting that the only…
Don’t get me wrong me wrong his character and background make him one of the strongest and most interesting characters on the show and do feel bad for him. But when it comes to romance in the present he has sadly missed the timing. This is a reality for many people when it comes love so I think it’s interesting the writer has chosen not to choose the romance based on that childhood connection. I’m not saying he doesn’t deserve love but at current as it stands now going purely off the present he is not the one for Dal Mi because unfortunately he was slow off the mark unlike Do San. But all of this is based off my own opinion and preference that if a guy loves somehow he will be forward about it. For Do San it was love at first sight and he went with that love, he did not waiver or play it down or even play with Dal Mi. He embraced it. I do now wonder though what on earth the writers have in store for HJP as there was a lot of emphasis on his past and he was the one that brought Do San and Dal Mi together. I do hope the writers do his character justice and he gets a storyline he deserves .
Sorry no SLS for me. Nam Do San all the way! The past is the past, in the present HJP has missed his timing and is a little bit of a coward if I'm honest (ok maybe a little harsh bless him) but I mean that he has put himself into the position that he is now. Nam Do San is forward and that's what I like. HJP was never forward from the beginning. Also why couldn't HJP say it was him from the start unless I missed the reason in the story? I think it would've been perfectly acceptable to explain that he used a different name/person to be anonymous but in the end everything he wrote came from his heart. I got scared at the epilogue with what Dal Mi was saying about past Do San, but it's the little quirks about the real Nam Do san that makes her heart flutter and that makes me so happy!
I came here to say pretty much the same thing I am so disappointed myself. I’ve loved it so far but the past…
Yeah I'm definitely hoping there is more to it and the writers will wrap it up nicely. It really makes no sense that's why I was just so disappointed too but hoping it was just their way of showing an extreme/shocking plot twist and it will be explained. Hoping for the best because I've honestly really enjoyed thIs drama up to now!
What i love most about this drama has always been the meaningful dialogue, attention to details and the deep and…
I came here to say pretty much the same thing I am so disappointed myself. I’ve loved it so far but the past couple of episode were a bit hmmmm. Let’s hope we get a happy ending!!
I'm really loving this show. I find myself smiling as I'm watching it and then getting teary eyed at other points. I know things aren't being revealed maybe when they could be by now, and I understand people's frustration, but I'm realising this story in the episodes so far is about their present not about their past. I'm happy just watching them be because they are just too cute together.
Really enjoying this drama but sadly a few things were spoiled for me because I saw spoilers accidentally elsewhere on this site (that weren't all put as a spoiler) :( If you can try and watch this spoiler free would definitely recommend it that way!
I just came on MDL today to increase the rating of a drama that I debated on all day whether or not I rated it too low... Then I stumbled across this article. So true, been through it all! None of my friends watch dramas and I don't think anyone even pays attention to my ratings but I still care a little more than I should.
Did the scene between Eun Jae and Jong Yeol in the episode 5 preview actually show in episode 6? I don't…
Yesss that was it thanks so much! The part where he's talking about her hair was in the preview for the next episode but it never actually showed. Seeing it in context makes sense now. Thank youu!
Did the scene between Eun Jae and Jong Yeol in the episode 5 preview actually show in episode 6? I don't remember seeing it, and it wasn't in 7 or 8 either...

I was looking for other comments stating this because I feel everyone else is okay with it and I felt bad for having this opinion aha :s.
