He was live on Weibo yesterday with Tu Xiaoning, Zhao Fengchang and Rao Jing to promote their drama.
In this clip, all 4 of them have ear phones. Three are playing the same music and one a different one. He is trying to figure out who is the odd one out (through their moves) and hence the funny gestures 😂🥰💓

I have not read the novel but yes in the drama there's a discussion in one of the episodes about this policy and since Ji Yuheng is a superior and hand selected by the president he is less likely to be fired than a temporary employee. That's why they made a paper agreement about what targets they have to achieve at the work place in one year (probation period for their relationship 😂) so in case their relationship gets exposed they can decide based on their workplace performance as to who can stay!

Regarding FL the bank doesn't favour office romance so she has to keep it a "secret" to avoid the risk of losing her job. She is only a temporary worker in any case and at this point a stable job is something she desires alongside her relationship with ML.
I agree with you regarding the FL's character portrayal here ( although I had a hiccup watching her attitude on ep 6). She is more sensible in Ep 7 😄

I haven't read the novel and couldn't understand Zhao's character at first but I think they have to portray him that way to show his character development later. I have a feeling he and Ji Yuheng will end up as best friends 😉
