Unfortunately, this is how a woman is portrayed or remembered by in the eyes of many. Being a woman myself, you only ever hear about women being described in terms such as this. Who they are/were married to, if they are a mom, and nothing about their career. It's about age and if they want to have a family, when there are honestly so many other things to talk about especially for someone as accomplished as Gu Hye Seon.
Me agreeing with Xiao Zi and will forever die on the hill that the Untamed is unmatched in it's category. The relationship between Wei Ying and Lan Zhan is honestly the best thing, while the censorship in some parts made me think of Advance Bravely. The storyline and how they wove it in was on point.

I have a feeling that he is the spy that Jeff said he had on the inside. So maybe that's cooking. I mean you can…
That I figured too, but I'm also wondering if Kenta and Pete used to date because the tension there. I'm hoping that Charlie will somehow make a comeback. Idk how he would but you know I thought this was just about racing when I first started watching this.

Waiting for Charlie to roll up and be like surprise, surpriseeee, Babe gets mad, Charlie gives him the usual back…

I love that even now people can recognize as they grow older that what once was their dream may have changed into something else and that is okay. I've been in love with his acting since I watched and binged Tomorrow, as Tomorrow is one of my favorite dramas. I hope he finds peace in acting.

I know the fans will probably come at me, but personally I think he didn't commit suicide (keep in mind that it…
I don't think anyone would've come at you. You make a reasonable point, and I surely hope that's what it is because this makes me so sad. The only thing though is that he has had issues in the past with his mental health, mainly anxiety and stress, and even took a hiatus with the group during their "Blue Flame" song promotion in late 2019. So many idols today have to take hiatuses because of the stress or anxiety or depression or even unhealthy diets and lifestyles that this just saddened me today. I hope Moonbin shines brightest in the sky amongst the rest.
I love this season so far but the only confusing thing to me is when they say that Naksu’s body actually belongs to Bu-Yeon. I get that Bu-Yeon’s of body was Mudeok, and Naksu took over that, but I guess I was kind of hoping that Bu Twin’s soul would’ve returned to her body and died and vice versa with Naksu. Maybe that’s sort of horrible and that girl (Bu Yeon) was done dirty, but I feel like she is losing relevance. Idk I guess I just wish that they could like bring each other back somehow with the jades.
The first Kdrama I watched was Love Alarm and even then I didn’t really like it lol. There were a few I was surprised to see on here but to each his own I guess. I just finished Love Like the Galaxy and for some people I can see that someone might not like it or just dropped it. There were some episodes I found kind a little repetitive so I will say that. I loved it overall though. The Uncanny Counter I love so much. I was gonna vote Hotel De Luna but I’m thinking of giving it another shot I got like 10 mins in when I tried watching it and ended up forgetting about it. Oops. Cheese in the Trap I couldn’t get past episode 3 I think. Record of Youth I wanted to like so much I just couldn’t though. It got boring by episode 8. Ashes of love I wish I dropped I skimmed through a lot of episodes. Nevertheless made me want to scream.
While Wei Ying is often sassy and sunny, deep inside, he is actually very insecure and sensitive of his precarious…
He is the most tragic character in the series. That is my point though. They do have different values therefore JC couldn't think that WY not carrying his sword was for a reason. JC shared the same pride his mother had and eventually (more like unfortunately) the disdain for WY when he revives (which I wish they would reveal how that was possible since JC has his golden core, unless I missed something there. I know it was hinted that Nie Huai Sang was most likely the one who did it.) sixteen years later.
the best wuxia are the ones with no romance lol The untamed is far away from being a good drama but still
Between Lan Zhan and Wei Wuxian. I watched the show first and then read the books online. It is quite long of a series but I liked it. You can see the subtleties of where the romance would be and occur. I'm not sure since it has been a while since i have read it it.

Yeah exactly. I didn't think she would become silly or anything to hide her insecurities. But then again, the only thing she struggles with is her loss of powers. I did find it sweet when Jang Uk told Naksu/Mudeok that he would help her get up the tree she once was able to climb.
Wei Ying had it rough and yes, that is why he hides it with being sassy and silly. His seriousness is also a change from the books. In the books he is completely oblivious, at least I think so. Wei Ying's story with Jiang Cheng is just heart wrenching as it is, that his own adoptive brother couldn't think that maybe he did everything for a reason.

The reason that there isn't romance in the Untamed is because China is a conservative country. In the books that TU is based on there is romance in it. That is the only factor they honestly left out of the drama.
I figured there were many similarities between the two and while I did love AoS, I think I love the Untamed more. Naksu/ Mudeok's cold -heartedness at first just doesn't compare with Wei Ying's silliness. His humor and seriousness just makes the whole show, while yet Mudeok's cold side does eventually thaw, just like Lan Zhan's, I find her demeanor more ruthless. I will nonstop recommend the Untamed to people.
I mean... Abyss was such a ridiculous show, and it was incorrect about so many science related stuff I laughed…
But I also get your stages of dropping, because when I first started watching Asian dramas, I binged so many that it hadn't really caught up with me until a few months later. There are some looking back now that I wish I dropped like Ashes of Love. I skipped so much of that I wished I dropped it.

I mean I got through the first 6 or 7 episodes of Black and just had a hard time keeping focus with it. Yeah, though Abyss does have very incorrect science to it, I actually quite enjoyed it, but maybe that's because I'm a sappy kind of person. Lol
I have dropped a few series, but a few of the ones you did drop or would've dropped I liked. I loved Abyss even if a bit of it was cliche. But I kind of trucked through Boys over Flowers cause I didn't like it. I have dropped a drama or two before, and I can say they won't be the only ones I will ever drop. I've dropped Vampire Detective, the remake of Vampire Prosecutor, and I have dropped Black, the one about ghosts and grim reapers. Every time I try to go back and finish Black I end up getting bored or frustrated on the episode I went back to. But all I can say is that it happens.
