I’m still on the fence about whether to watch it, since even the trailer doesn’t really suggest a particularly…
Same the trailer hasn't given us much but it could be like a nice surprise though I hope going forward they drop more interesting trailers for promo if they want to compel the audience even for a general watch.

I'm excited to see this damn it and guys this might actually encourage KimBum to take more romcom roles, though I know he prefers more thriller or drama roles (so do i) which he's we know really good at however this is him taking a chance, experimenting with a romance role and though its not lead its something. Honestly idc if he even takes a romance I just want him to take any lead roles with good writing I would be happy with that and if theres romance at the side its a bonus because Kim Bum does so well with romance thats subtle in my opinion thats just more yearnful to me if that makes any sense haha. Anyway hes probably trying to see how it goes but I'm excited and he usually has such varieties in his roles *seeing his previous roles* I wonder what made him interested in this particular role?

Well whatever it maybe i hope it all goes well. I'm especially super excited to see Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Bum characters together onscreen. Eveb though they will be rivals in a way I will be devouring everything of.them together!!!

Not sure exactly what mass psychosis is happening below with regard to Kim Bum, but he does *not* have the visual…
"Not the visual"... yikes and as for 2026 romcoms probably why in recent times there haven't been as many good Romcoms as "ancient" times. I like the male lead just fine here, MOST AREN'T EVEN SAYING ANYTHING AGAINST HIM. People have been frusted for sometime now with Kim bum for being consistently second male lead because he's super underrated and quite talented. And since you can see many talk about it clearly many think that he does in fact have visual even in 2026 that is exactly why they are talking about it not only here but in other social media platforms. And its okay to talk about it as long as its not unnecessarily negative about the cast. Also Everything is not always about visuals, Kim Bum I'm pretty sure has this confidence issues as well with intimate scenes so people have been trying to encourage him to give it a chnace as a lead. Anyway i can't believe i have to say this to make you understand and he is in fact good looking maybe not the typical type but still to dismiss Kim Bums appeal as "residual love from ancient times" as if he hasn't played amazing characters with different characteristics. Calling its a psychosis and what not im truly disappointed. Could have just made some encouraging cheering comments but no you had to go low.

They talked abt a S3, but Boah was announced to be pregnant so Idk if it's still happening.. did they ever start…
LDW had said sometime ago that he won't come back something about thinking Yeon's story having concluded already so. And I think even if season 3 were to happen Bo-Ah would have only made a guest appearance like season 2 because she herself seemed to be satisfied with that. Kim Beom had said goodbye to his character last season so maybe it was both LDW and Kim Beom's decision but then again Kim Beom had done something similar by end of season 1 so i think he only did it because he too wasn't sure season 3 will happen or not even though there were report of season 3 comfirming. i think those reports were just to increase excitement for season 2 at the beginning. But anyway I doubt season 3 will happen with them and if it did not anytime soon. I suppose its more possible for it be a animation since season 2 ending showed animated teaser maybe they knew it would be hard to get the actors back together and with them growing older too as years go by to play the role of immortals. But again its been a long time now so I won't be surprised if it gets shelved or dropped. I think only something animated coming out for season 3 is the most possible but in my opinion that only MAY happen after some more years.

Does he have any good dramas ive tries many dramas of his and i can never get into them, always dropping them
I would say some of his earlier works are considered better, like Strangers from Hell, Bad and Crazy, and the iconic Goblin (officially known as Guardian: The Lonely and Great God). Those tend to show more range in his acting. A Shop for Killers is one of his more recent dramas that’s been well received too.

Tale of the Nine Tailed is also iconic and has its moments, but overall, most have mixed opinions on that show. I and many others felt the pacing and writing could’ve been tighter, there are big plot hole issues if you pay close attention, and the editing definitely needed more work. BUT by the end of it all, it still leaves an emotional impact, just not the way you'd expect. You can still give it a try to see if it’s something you’d like, and hang on when it gets a bit draggy in between. If you can just look past or ignore some of the illogical moments.

Oh and another one often recommended from his older filmography is Scent of a Woman, I haven't seen it yet but some whom I trust when it comes to recommendations praised his work there so you can try that too!

Anyways these are just recommendations from me if someone wants to give his work another shot, these shows are good places to start.

I just finished season 1 & 2 again in a row. I loved season one (watched 3 times now) however I was getting…
It's good to see someone else also found it very odd. The main characters act like they are a lot better and seem to judge others over complicated situations even though they themselves multiple time have done questionable stuff and have the plot armour that conveniently works for them at the right time again and again and not to mention the connections their positions have to power and make it seem like they don't. Its not something that many would notice at first watch because clearly for writers they are main characters its fair when its them so they don't focus on the distubring almost gaslighting others to not notice but when it's someone other than main character they will focus and lecture on them.

I don't get it because it even robs the main characters off the chance to develop as well as other characters did. In season 2 I was happy they didn't go that route and were more open to show flaws but again for the main character there seem to be doing it lightly and not deeply as I wanted. Like they are sorry but doesn't seem as devasted and still pretending the main character always follows everything by the book in season 2 ha! As if everything he did till now was by the book smh because it definitely wasn't. At least it wasn't as bad as season 1 end so I could try to ignore that.

You know the irony of season 1 was also that this show was released right before covid started and spread everywhere, i just think wow season 1 sure didn't think people would be affected by such events, people died and in reality would have been affected, i would have liked to see some guilt or repercussions of this happening by the main characters especially since one of them was human and has herself known loss, but NOPE writers didn't think fo that and clearly focused too much on happily ever after smh on others sacrifices, if this were to happen in reality i feel like the lost souls would haunt them forever and deservedly so. *sighs* I feel like writers themselves aren't aware of what they are doing or are blinded by plot armour for main characters themselves lol.

Anyway good to see others who also felt too weird about the events in season 1, theres double standards in both seasons but season 1 definitely is the winner for that.

Am I the one who thinks that 1st season was better? The 2nd season is lower quality of everything, from script…
I think it depends really because both seasons are completely different it depends on what you are looking for. For me writing wise season 1 was weaker and trashier because the logic and plotholes in there, plot armour especially for ml and fl was ridiculous. For season 2 for me is ridiculous in a different way in my mind it's is a different timeline entirely because its logic of time flow and how fast everything was didn't give us time to actually explore properly (the episode number didn't help). Both seasons writing is not good but in different ways only if you are paying attention to details but if you are watching mindlessly it would depend on your taste. If you want more emotional stuff it's season 1 if you want closure and fun times then season 2. At least that's what I'm getting from most people's preference of season 2 over season 1, it did help that season 2 wasn't focusing on romance, the writer of both seasons clearly is not good with writing romantic stuff. I don't like either of the seasons tbh mainly because I pay attention to details and a lot of stuff in both seasons is ridiculous but I do enjoy some moments.

Damn people can't seem to understand the concept of people having different opinions or views of a series. The series hasn't even ended and people are mad at the rating or mad at people instead of focusing on the series. Yeah it sucks rating is already being judged but that means by the end of it new comments will be there as well and change the rating too. People can rate whatever they want it's up to you. You give too much importance on others opinion. Let people talk instead of ranting at others that they don't see it exactly as you do, at least let people discuss instead of repeating again and again about the fact that why you don't understand people don't like it, some people will or some people won't what does it matter damn. Like I've seen more people complain about the rating itself than letting others discuss about the show. That is what's ruining the mood.

For me if i either see someone enjoying the show or I see someone else not liking the show or someone discussing the show or clarifying stuff or even If someone say they dropped it I'll keep all that in mind because it gives one an idea how you may or may not like it ! Be it appreciation or be it criticism I'll keep all of it in mind and get an idea what i should be prepared for.
That's what i rely on the comments for but here I see flood of people ranting why not everyone is liking the show or about ratings being down again and again God. Now I barely see anyone actually talking about the show. Either trying to drown out what people are actually saying of the show or truly annoyed by other people's rating or opinions. Just let it be!
I've been trying to get some idea of the show if it would be interesting enough or not to watch but I've seen more people complaining about others than anything much about the show.

Sorry I just bursted off and let me add this is not a comment for anyone specific. I'm just frustrated why people care so much about such stuff for so long to the point of obsession, like okay I get being mad at it and I'm used to these things being mentioned from time to time, it's common in these review sites but here for this show particularly it's been continuous and on and on, some of us are trying to get an idea of the show but seeing people focus mostly on ratings and other peoples opinion of a show so much while I'm scrolling through it gives me and others the idea that the show is not interesting enough to focus on.
I can't even get into it now, but hey I'll try checking here again when the show ends hopefully by then I'll actually get some idea of the show.

Hmm this seems like a love triangle, I'm curious to know if Kim Bums character will end up with some other character or like most of his characters he previously played will have a painful ending or open ending cuz he really does well with heartbreaks as most of us know haha. And knowing how he cringes and avoids when it comes to cheesy romance even though he does well in it. I'm wondering what made him choose this role ? His choices are always so unpredictable which makes it really fun so I'm interested and excited to see him in this.
