A must watch revengeful drama
To begin with, I have been following every news about this drama. I know what the plot should be based on the synopsis. I was intrigued as someone who loves to watch heavily revengeful characters (I also love to read wattpad, novel and manhwa about this kind of genre—but I am most obsessed with manhwa with pro-antagonist evil revengeful villainess like—Roxana characters right now 😅). So, I had to expect a lot for this drama. The excitement was overwhelming, and to my expectations the drama didn’t failed me! Legend of ZangHai delivered every plot insanely with meticulous execution. The cinematography is a visual feast. And I like how historic it feels.
XiaoZhan—as ZangHai (Zhinu) character is not extraordinary as you think. He is normal with intelligence as his weapon to overshadow his powerful enemies. You would think it is impossible for him to fully execute his revenge especially since his foes are martial arts masters and he’s at a disadvantage. That tension just adds to the thrill!
My mind is focused to the plot while my eyes is glued with ZangHai handsomeness (I am multitasker 🤣)
To continue, Xiao Zhan’s ability to balance Zang Hai’s sharp intellect with heartfelt empathy ensures the character feels human, not just a vehicle for the plot. His commanding screen presence, refined through years of stage and screen work, shines in both grand political moments and quieter, introspective scenes, making him the emotional core of the series.
I don’t want to say more since I will be overly spoiling the drama. 😭
