after watching the drama, i found it different from the novel. which is a little bit disappointed

I don't have any problem with the change of events. But after reading the novel for the first time i was really motivated to watch the drama. I really appreciate the novel, how they suffered, the change in XQ character specially she was anti social and only sang yang knows how to make her happy, how sang yang discovers that she takes depression medecine, the development of their relation and how they started to trust each other, the way XQ becomes more confident and for the first time she makes her own choice. there were many events. But also i enjoyed the drama. and i will continue watching it

is is totally different, they kept same character, same love story, work sufferance and may be same event like the first 10 episode. after that every thing is different. I read two novel" home road" and "Hidden Love" and saw their drama. the both respected the novel

this drama doesn't respect the book. in the novel, Sang Yang meets the mother only afterbeeing in relationship with XQ. But in the drama, they already met and there is a scene where sang yang is saving the mother from the fire.

Even for the novel, they meet each other many time at the hospital. She tried many times to make it and speak with him. They didn't rely on their memories childhood. The writer used those memories only to show the relations between the character. It is after facing the death and when XQ were scared of losing sang yang, she took the decision, confessed her love again and she was ready to be in relation again. Don't forget at episode 11, sang yang wanted her again but due to fear she hasn't courage enough to accept the relation

For me i respect your opinion but i prefered the novel. and the drama disappointed me. But i will keep watching it until the end

Maybe you are right. But in the novel, after facing death, they know that they are in love and XQ gathers all her courage to break up from her family and to be with sang yang. And the redevelopment of their feeling was better in the novel.

I agree. It is different from the novel. For example XQ visited the firefighter workplace only at the end of the novel. However, in the drama they worked together. XQ gets along with Sang yang only after saving him from the earthquake. Personnaly, i prefer the novel more than the drama. I waited months to see the drama and at the end I am dissapointed

Yup, after reading the novel, I get to know that she saw XQ as a way to get more power through marriage and also through her son's marriage. XQ doesn't have any feeling for her step brother.

Ater reading the novel and watching the ongoing episode, i find that there is differences between them starting from the episode 13. For exemple in the novel, at the end Xu Qin visited sang yang work place. in the earthquake she worked with sang yang. it is unlike the drama "Hidden Love", they respected the novel.

I have already read the original story "waiting for you in the city". The ML knows that the FL is an adopted girl and he knows also that her step brother has feeling for her. The FL's mother adopter XQ to be sure that she can not marry the Step brother and to forbid any feeling. Also the Step brother is jealous of Sang Yang
