Because he has never seen Naksu's face and only has seen Mudeok's face (BuYeon) and since her daughter Buyeon's face has started to resemble Naksu due to Naksu's energy inside Buyeon's body, Jang Uk wouldn't recognise her.

I was just about to comment this. But saw that since Buyeon is recovering with Naksu's energy, she will resemble Naksu.

I do think South Korea need to look at companies outside. I mean not all companies in other countries are angels but there are some companies who do take care of bullying, harassment etc. Plus the over hours and heard about have to attend socials after office.
