🤣🤣 i have so much to watch. I've got to watch some older dramas as well. I did finally watch the Silent Sea last week which was good! Do let me know if you have any recommendations.

Definitley! I think the show would have done great if it had included some background into certain things, like how there were scenes of Kim Sum and her mother, it seemed she had that motion way into her childhood.
How is this compared to other dark dramas like strangers from hell?
I'd say this show is like Marmite, you either love/like it or dislike it. I personally didn't find this drama interesting and found it slow and wasn't into the content as such. However, had to finish it since there were only 8 eps just to get it over with.
I would recommend giving the first ep or two a go to see how you feel about it.
*The acting*! Everything else, I was confused. I wish the characters were developed more so we could really REALLY…
I wanted to find out about the scar he had, as it had implied perhaps there was a trauma of some sort during his childhood maybe. But i dont think it was ever talked about.
Also confused. The one in episode 1 or 2 was already limping. Physician Kwon just limped when he was tortured,…
Yes that's what i was thinking!!!! When the Queen had visited the former Queen, there was her son who was limping at the beginning implying if physician kwon was that son then he would have limped too. Unless he was never limping and it was a cover and it was to show mercy when the state councillor was killing the other brothers so that he could survive.
I thought the former Queen's son was somebody else as i remember seeing a face that wasn't Physician Kwon. But I've realised that perhaps physician Kwon was sort of put into hiding in case the one who was the son in episode 1 was killed then physician kwon (former Queen's son) would still be her surviving son.
Also, I'm pleased that there wasn't a special episode to separate this series as an extra week worth of wait would have been difficult.
wahh crazy I just saw this on the homepage on Netflix and saw Minho.
Exactly what drew me to watch the preview of the show and add this show to my list was when i noticed Minho and had to rewind to check. But i would have watched it anyway, need to search for more of these type of shows.
It's just a guess here but what if Queen Dowager's court lady is actually working for Consort Hwang and Queen Dowager didn't know about the kill request.
Hoping that Grand Prince Seongnam becomes the crown prince... i can also expect an unexpected result where one of the other grand princes (brothers) becomes crown prince which would be funny but still a good result.
Do let me know if you have any recommendations.
Also, strangers from hell is one of my favourites. Through the Darkness is good as well if you've not seen that.
I would recommend giving the first ep or two a go to see how you feel about it.

That's the Kwang Soo we know. Love Kwang Soo and Jaesuk together with Kim Yeon Koung.
It would be nice to see Queen Dowager and the Queen join forces. Im sure the Queen Dowager loved the Crown Prince and his son.
