It is basically bromance. You can argue that Se Joon was in an unrequited love with Yoon Jae. Well more like Se Joon was obsessed with him but still. It is never said that they love each other or anything like that. A couple of Se Joons lines and actions can be interpreted as him having been in love with Yoon Jae. Even the synopsis states that Yoon Jae was in love with Eun Yeong.
If you are looking for darker BL's maybe 'One Summer Night' might interest you, though I have to give a warning it's very explicit and you have to read between the lines a bit to understand what the movie wanted to portray. That Strangely Horrifying Windy Day is another more serious one.
