That rule was changed. Now, users can write reviews on shows that aren't complete [although it's preferred not to]. It's much, much better to use episode reviews to give your thoughts on each episode.

My favorite place in Japan is Nara. The deer being so docile [and addicted to rice crackers] made it feel so magical for me when I first experienced it.
A close second would be Miyajima Island off of Hiroshima. Strenuous but beautiful hike, along with deer just laying around made it really rewarding for me.
