To take a computer screenshot, look at your keyboard above the Insert button (or do you have a laptop?) Their should be a button called "Prt Scrn" Press it on the page you're having issues with. Then open up a software called "Paint", it should be on every computer. Then once you open up paint, right click on your mouse, and press paste. Then click save. Then upload that image to postimage.org and send me the link for it.
