All trailers play the trick. The jumble the sequence n put some sentences totally unrelated at certain scenes. Eg. In one mv jeili was playing w sj in mortal world n the voice over was where have we met b4. In the end the real episode show it was Dan yin.

So let's be optimistic ppl. I still trust the semsibilty of this production team. It has such a good start n now a steady climb. All logical reasonable flow. So Don think they suicide w a Be or Oe. The worst is it all end very fast n we don't get to see any further sweet moments btw leads.

Ideally the best closure will be Lord Ch visited moon tribe to hv meeting of realms with Yuezun n get to see xlh chasing a mini devil Yuezun. With all Yuezun backstory w his dad, it will be nice to see some chuju session with his son too.
This will be my perfect drama ending. Like in moonlight the leads hv a daughter. So sweet

Is this a prediction from watching trailers or u hv sources of confirm storyline.

I tend to think it is her leftover spirit in the orchid that she breath her premordial spirit into.. She gave it to him when he cannot sleep. The plant is w him now. It prob does happen but it cannot last. As she may become too weak, hence he either lost her completely or revive her. I think he will do so w help from. Her sifu simin. There is a conversation btw simin, dfqc n ch. Simin asked if he is willing to pay the price of no return n ch asked u really want to exchange ur life for her.

Very difficult to say as trailers n preview can be misleading as they jumble up the sequence. We see it too many times here.

Lets try to optimistic that this team doesn't suicide the drama w an open or bad ending. With such a good start n a wonderful steady climb. Doing that will be dumb.

Ur thoughts is very logical. She is not perfect for xlh as bestie but at least we know she is motivated by fear n money. So for dfqc that is easy to deal with compared to cold scheming yet look gentle type of lady. This type is what u see is what u get.

I asked the same b4 n someone did answer very extensively. Basically story change almost completely. In novel he is truly bad like cruel n abusive to her. N they share same body not swap. Here they change to her destiny is to stop him. So novel n drama very different. But He in novel definitely. He lost her n onky then start missing her n find her back.

Exactly. One of a rare time I wish the drama can go longer. I would say another 4 to make 40 is perfrct. But I notice this drama focus almost entirely on our leads. Not so much of secondary cps. Sj n jieli, ronghao n chidi all pretty much touch on it. N absolutely no evil second fl to create unnecessary prob.

Is it me missing something. In the trailer, I remembered xlh character asking dfqc that tonight u r not Yuezun n I m not fairy n let's spend a day together as normal persons. Did they cut it off. Cause they seem to do the lantern d. Maybe it will be ep 25 b4 wedding?

i din watch him in meteor garden. but i tried Miss the Dragon and i know he was trashed because of it. i personally feel MTG is super lousy directing with the whole purpose of the drama is to show the production company use of CGI to do an anime effect. MTD was like we dont need script we dont need actor, we only need to whamm bamm bamm shows u computer software ability. So both FL and ML character was literally expressionless. To be there were zero chemistry. they are prob not even directed.

I now i watch LBFAD i finally understood the impact of good styling, good script and directing and good partnering actor are. i came in because i like esther yu in moonlight (she make me laughed so hard) and ZLH but i NOW am totally a fan of dylan. i am so glad he gave the same theme/genre (xianxia) another chance and regain all the ground he lost in MTD. Iike an old mother hen, i actually feel proud of him. MTD could literally doom him i reckon. He is defintely absolutely one of my favourite actor in C drama land now and to watch out for his drama.

As DFQC, i think his eyes says a lot. he has a natural dark almond eyes which is slanting upwards. create that killer glare. hint of evil and badass. His lanky build helps too. makes him a majestic Lord Devil with flare and elegance. when an actor is very bulky to start of with, they cannot carry costume drama very well cause with all the layering they end up short and stocky. of course his acting skills in delivering the details is simply great. i also think YSX is a good partner for him in terms of height, look and aura.

ZLH in his interview says CH is the his saddest character. He will end up all alone. according to the actor.

I think the only good thing about the mortal arc is
1. we all have some hilarious episodes, rolling in laughter over CH and DFQC bromance. And how our Lord CH is technically a cute fun loving spirit. But on serious note, i believe it is a start of good friendship btw the men which will come in very helpful in the future.
2. although i feel the plot of them trying to get the other two meet and married is rather illogical. i agree with DFCQ that u don play with feelings and marriage just to get something. they are many ways other than lying. again i personally dislike the dishonesty elements here.
actually the best strategy of the whole lot is DFQC telling CH they are married and maybe applied them to XWQ as well. who knows XWQ may also leave town and met XR after all (sorry, that is my own imagination). But i can understand the plot need to move. rather than saying that the leads meddle to make XR and XWQ come together, it is more like it is XR and XWQ making our leads realise their feelings for each other.

Our Lord Moon Supreme after being bow down to in everything finally understand what is like to give his heart to someone (the chinese word: xin yue). previously all he knows he is disturbed and feel awful in the heart. And our XLH finally realise all she can see and all she care is our Yuezun (Chinese: Xin li yen li 心里眼里). She finally see her feelings clearly. interesting how XWQ became her advisor. and how every ch actions make her think of DFQC. it has got u be him, my girl. I am sure the next two episodes they will confirm their feelings for each other as a couple. and then having to go through all the trials and tribulations as a couple.
