The show is very good. I loved it. Very interesting story line. OST is great. However I don't like the main actors. I appreciate how good they are acting, but both are bothering my eyes. I don't like how they look. I'm sorry to say this but people are different and i don't like their appearance. The prosecutor Kwak is something else. If the actors did not bother me so much, I would give it 10 /10.
I started watching it without any expectations. I like the theme-infidelity. However, I’m now on episode 7 and seriously considering dropping it. Not because I don’t like it, though. Let me play devil’s advocate: I can’t stand the main female character Jang Na Ra .There’s so much drama, so much tension, and so much jealousy. She clearly has deep issues from her past and is traumatized, which is why she can’t let things go. Her friend gave her good advice to move on and start fresh, because if she keeps digging, she’ll only hurt herself. Her pain makes her to act mean, bossy and vindictive.
And Sung Joon, with all his guilt…He needs to show a character. I know a K family in real life that went through something similar, and honestly, they reacted the same way. Everyone just kept living with guilt and pain, but they never divorced. Maybe is cultural thing. I’m so certain that things like this happen in real life; however, the Western world tends to resolve these problems differently.
O and Yoo Ri...does she pretend to be so diffident? ( BTW I rode about the ending and know that she was the mistress.. ) I can't stand her lacking of self assurance and bashfulness. I’m not sure if they’ll divorce in this show, but at this point, I don’t know if I should keep watching…maybe Im taking couple of days break and watching it later slowly episodes by episodes for many weeks... But for now - it is bothers me a lot...
It was very unrealistic how the main female lead had obvious full makeup on which did not make her status of being…
You misunderstood it. The main female lead Chang Yu is never being poor in the drama. She is a butcher but she is not poor. She is an orphan. Somewhere in the first 10 episodes she said to Xie Zheng that the butchers make very good money. And later with her shop in the restaurant her business grew even more. I'm not sure what you mean with the voice-overs?!?
The drama should show us the culture differences, but it was waist of time... The only message for me was that the people from Japan are very restrained and less emotional when we talk about love and emotions... I doubt that Taiga wasn't even in love with Rin... Of course she will leave with no intention to return, because he never showed her big emotions and affection... and there is so much more...
I knew from beginning this drama is waist of time...sorry, but one of the worst I ever watched. Bad acting, very basic story and plot... I still think the best acting was by Park Seo Ham and this is the only character in the drama I really liked.
