Look...Joong does it for me in every way so my opinion will always be bias. IMO he can't do any wrong & even if…
I don't have any strong negative feelings towards Joong and Dunk, but I must admit that sometimes I feel like Joong's acting skills are far superior to Dunk's. It's a bit disheartening that people here tend to prioritize pretty faces over acting talent. I also believe that directors play a significant role in bringing out the best in actors, so they should take some responsibility for the actors' underwhelming performances. It often feels like they are simply capitalizing on the actors' popularity rather than focusing on the performances they deliver.
The first episode exceeded my expectations, even though I had set them quite low for this show—I can't explain why. The episode itself was surprisingly good. While I know that Dunk may not be good at acting, there's something about his on-screen chemistry with Joong that I genuinely enjoy. Perhaps it's my bias, but I find comfort in this GMMTV couple. However, I do agree that GMMTV seems to be sacrificing talented actors(Fiat, Mek, Toptap, Sing, Mond, AJ, JJ ...), which is why I have developed a dislike for their shows. It's frustrating to see the supporting characters consistently outshine the main actors in terms of acting prowess and still get less recognition.
I was so excited about this show and was expecting more for some reason. The acting/chemistry was good, I actually felt the tension but the overall plot and execution were flat. I wish they had a better script as the actors had so much potential especially InSung, the guy really impressed me.
Cha Seo Won looks 1000 times more handsome when he smiles/laughs. In the drama, he only smiled a few times to maintain his cold aura but in the bts he was looking adorable with Gongchan
