Ngl, it shows a little but i think he's not homophobic or anything. He is just not comfortable.
True, maybe they are good at pretending that they love the character they are playing but during the fanservice, the uneasiness shows. I'm not hating any actor for this as not everyone enjoys playing BL character ( also it doesn't mean they are homophobic).
