My bet is that the ex wanted his body for a photoshoot, the bathrobe was to cover up her outfit so it doesn't get ruined (Maybe she's in a relationship and her partner is self-consious 😂. Also, her setting Mi Ran up on a date was because 1. Mi Ran and the blind date are very similar and 2. she didn't want Mi Ran getting hurt by Do Hyeon Jung like she did.
