Title Couple on the Backtrack Spoiler
REALLY like this! But what happened to Go Dok Jae? I guess he didn't change. And why didn't the ML change his career and she should've gotten a job. I don't really like the love triangle. It got too much at times. And the FL is REALLY pathetic, violent, and blames literally everything on her husband. Yes, the husband had his fault too. No surprise, it was his feelings getting out after being treated like absolute shit. What good did she ever do to him and she expect so much for him when she didn't do shit? Choi bon do sticks out to me. His character is different, and just portrayed really well! He is genuine and sincere with everything he does, kind-hearted, funny, weird and his personality is just different.

I would have watched this if it wasn’t for the Female actress. She’s always so loud, cringy, jittery and over the top. Screaming and overreacting is her specialty. Her acting is painful to watch

i also didn’t like how saet byul hit daehyun just for dreaming about his gf?? ik it’s meant to be funny but…
Agree. He even started bleeding. I can't believe people find that funny/cool but whatever. The fL is problematic AF.

Don't like that his mom can just beat up her husband whenever she's mad. Like that's not okay and it shouldn't be glossed over just because she's a woman. I wonder what they are going to with the violence...its only ep4 so. This drama does a lot for the sake of comedy.

The way I understood it is that KT reated to the kid because in Zombie Kid the mom provided for the kid...but what he really needed more than food is her warmth. This, the moms didn't understand in both Zombie Kid and KT's childhood. She did provide for him but what he really needed was a hug, and that she never gave (or at least not enough)...hens the "Mom, you're so warm!" and KT's flashback of him higging his mother secretely in her sleep.

I didn't see it as being okay, I saw that scene as, look see how much damage they've done to their son that he…
That's also a way that scene can be interpreted. But I don't think that was what they were trying to show. They wanted to show that his mother cared about him. He said something like it didn't hurt because she cared about him. At the end of episode 4, ML read the story about how much the mother loved her kid and a flashback of the hitting appeared. If they wanted to highlight how people who are abused might mistake assault with love. Why did the ML get a flashback about them while reading the story?

This is what he thought in the beginning but I think the events in this episode made him understand he was wrong…
I disagree and this situation isn't life and death. Like I said it's okay for a mother to care more for someone challenged but it's not okay for the other child to feel unloved and ignored. She should've explained the situation to him, and paid attention to his feelings. Geeting raised like the ML is awful and it isn't okay. Children are fragile and they need love and support to grow up well. Love is also shown through actions, and that's especially important to children.

Same here. That was heartbreaking and something you shouldn't say to a child. It's like saying that taking care of Sang Tae is his only purpose for being alive. She should've said something like. "I know you will always look after Sang Tae. I'm glad I have a son like you" And a young child having to undergo that awful experience and thinking that his existence was nothing but for benefits of others is traumatic enough. Idk I'm so glad that he let go some of his emotions in this episode, emotions that he couldn't afford to let go of because of the expectations that his mom had for him, he just couldn't afford to show that he was indeed broken and wounded for his brother sake. What a tragic childhood he had.

I don't think that she had too. It's okay for her to spend more time on his brother since he's challenged, but she shouldn't sacrifice/ignore her own son for that. He's a child too and needs care. A good mother wouldn't have to put her child down to care for another. She didn't need to scold him, turn his shoulder on him to care for her other son. It's possible to show love to both. What his mother did is not okay, and its a good example of real-life situations.

His mother obviously loves him, but she did ignore/forget his needs. She focused on his brother.

does anyone else dislike Juri? idky but she kinda annoys me lol >_
SAME! She's annoying for some reason. Her face is emotionless and her smile... Something is off about her.

I can feel Moon Kang Tae's pain. He keeps everything bottled up inside and convinces himself that he's okay. He's so good at expressing his emotions and thoughts. His mother spent all her energy on his brother and forgot that he needed love too. It's challenging to live with someone with a severe mental illness. This show really shows that:(
I feel for all of them. Ep4 was really good! I got teared up.

I agree. Being hurt in the past doesn't justify or give you the right to hurt others. But I try to understand the FL since she has an illness.

The show is romantic. I mean, everything is done to make it look like any romantic drama. So it's predictable…
Its obviously a romance drama. But her behavior shouldn't be seen as okay. That's my point.

The problem is that there are people here who are arguing that no sexual harassment exist on this show when it…
My point is that I can still point out what's wrong even if ts fictional and has been done in dramas before. what the...? I have no problem with characters doing bad stuff, as long as it shows to the viewers that it's wrong. Murders and killers don't promote it because it's shown to the views that what they're doing is wrong. This show didn't. She also hit him and it was seen as humorous. Also, everyone knows that killing is bad, while whats sexual is another matter. I find this show entertaining, but what bothers me is that fans are saying that what she's doing is bold and cool. While it's not.

I serioøsy don't know where youre going with this or whats you're defending...I didn't know that it was based on an adult webtoon so I didn't really have an option. But that doesn't matter.

The show isn't romanticizing mental illness (at least not now) But the fans definitely are. As long as the show sticks with saying that the FL' behavior is not okay, like stalking and touching him). I hope ML starts falling in love with her when she gets character development and isn't just okay with how she treats him. Its only 3 episodes so we don't know what the writers would do with her character. Whats she's doing right is not cool, bold or women empowering. It's dangerous and I hope the writers keep showing that.

wow they even got gaho for the ost!also, it's my time to say I don't get people's criticism? not every character…
She is stalking him. The way she treats the ML is wrong, but it's because of her illness. What youre doing right now is justifying her actions. The fans are the problem with this show.
