Just stumbled upon a YouTube video calling ZJM acting in OG cringe. The channel didn’t have any other videos reviewing actresses but lots of updates on Chinese actors however, made a whole video about ZJM just shows how much they are trying to spread the hate.
She is such an incredible actress, she is versatile and delivers complex characters effortlessly. People should really watch Stand by me and OG.
Please spread some love about ZJM on social media platforms. She don’t deserve all these hates.

The way he stretches his legs to meet ZJM eye level is so funny, all bts I have seen of them are so cute, anyway still can’t get over them 😭

I keep coming back to watch this hidden jam, Maimai deserves best actress for being able to portray such complex character effortlessly. Stand by me isn’t everyone cup of tea but this is the most realistic portrayal of coming of age drama, the friendship, the struggle, and most importantly FL road to self discovery was inspirational.

Romance isn’t the Centre of this drama yet the tension between FL and her love interest was so intense. I think Maimai and the actor who played her love interest had extremely dangerous chemistry that left viewers wanting more.

The fact that people don’t know about this masterpiece of ZJM is so sad. Stand by me is one of her best work.
Those who are contemplating whether you should watch it or not, I’d say just give it a try it will become your comfort show.

Yeah you’re right about him, his fear made him feel like he had no choice and I think people who are still complaining about Yingtao character need to watch that staircase scene. She wasn’t some young crazy girl in love, she had depth and emotionally intelligent personality. This drama wasn’t perfect but it also doesn’t deserve the hate it’s getting.

Yeah man, I wanted to see more romance because their chemistry was so good but it’s okay I am satisfied with what they gave us.

Oh yess I rewatched the staircase scene so many times, And to think that yingtao character is only 20 years old is just crazy. How can a 20 years old girls has so much depth and ability to not just understand her own feelings for him but also navigate through MLs complex characteristics. She gets him and wants to be just there for him.

That I agree, in almost all part of this series ML chose his fear over his love, he underestimated the FL love for him. But if you give it chance you will see why am I defending the FL action so much because in the end it’s all worth it. In real life as well people like him always push away people that are trying to help them and not everyone has Yingtao in their life.

I already rewatched last two episodes. The bed scene almost killed me again, isn’t ZLH known as the KISSER of the Chinese drama? 😂 Although still like how they kept it PG 13

Oh yeah I watched their promotion of TPR, that’s where i became their fan. I am a huge fan of ZJM and when I saw her promoting TPR, I got so excited to watch TPR, their chemistry both on and off screen is so natural and they seem to bring out the best in each other. They should do more drama together but I highly doubt that’s gonna happen anytime soon.

Oh the chemistry hater are mostly ZLH fans who don’t think ZJM is pretty enough for him. Bruh even a blind person can tell that they have natural chemistry.

Okay, so my point of view is that FL love in this drama stayed true until the end. Hypothetically speaking if this is a real life situation would you not chase the love of your life knowing that person also loves you and must have had reasons for their actions? As you watch the drama all your anger towards the ML goes away after understanding his POV although it’s infuriating how he handles everything. Our generation seems to forgot what actually it’s like to love someone that deeply.

INooooo you got it wrong, I am all for having self respect and self worth but in this drama FL is not chasing some hallowed man who is not interested in her. She is chasing someone whom she loves and knows that the person also loves her equally if not more. This isn’t unrequited love where chasing would be pointless. I feel like people are misinterpreting the FL love for ML in this drama.

Oh I have been here since the day one, watched you fighting for your life with everyone 😂 you should rest now. This drama is great and people are now flipping over. Give it some time they will see the beauty of this drama.

Why is no one talking about the ZJM dialogue “ Your hair,, your eyebrows, your eyes, your nose, your mouth, all of you. You’re all mine” or every time ZLH hugs ZJM he rest his chin on her head just so perfectly. Ugg it ended way too soon.

I have never watched Best thing so can’t say anything about that but I do agree that ZLH and ZJM have great chemistry. I hope they get paired again in more darker drama where ZLH chases ZJM for 10 episodes 😈.

Hmmm that’s one thing I noticed about Chinese drama fans, they won’t appreciate the actress until and unless they look like Porcelain dolls. I have friends who refuses to watch great series just coz the leads aren’t attractive enough. I wish people can see pass through their appearance and just appreciate the acting. As ZJM, I just hope that she continues to pick interesting scripts over idol dramas. She has so much potential and she is only 22, nothing but well wishes for her. I am going to rewatch Stand by me now as that’s her one of the best work

To be very honest most people think that she isn’t pretty enough that’s why many ZLH fans are hating on her. It’s a shame that most people value physical appearance more than real talent. ZJM is extremely talented actress and she is genuinely beautiful. Hopefully one day she will get the recognition she deserves.
