Why can’t zhu yan just be taken to the time travel clock like Wen xiao did. She did spend 300 years in there to grow the special tree to get wood to make it into bai ze flute in order to save Zhu yan. She didn’t die there neither grew old. If you notice once bai ze goddess receive their token they never ever grow old. Point to me any bai ze goodess who had white hair and died of old age? They all lived forever until killed or died of unnatural causes like the very first bai ze godess. They even outlived demons or same ages as demons like Zhu yan's friend goddess. Goddesses are not ordinary mortals after being made a goddess, they are guardians over wilderness and the human world.

I loved the beautiful and sweet chemistry between Zhu yan and Wen Xiao. Their love for each other was very deep and strong. Can anyone clear it for me that zhu yan did get resurrected in promise letter between Wen Xiao and Zhu yan, and Xiao zhu found him in the letter because he had the sword to indicate zhu yan was still alive. Does that mean it will take some time for him to cultivate into his human form like Li Lun was doing from his wood state to human. How long will it take? Once he has cultivated he can reunite with his beloved wen xiao whom he gave the love token to and be happily ever after with his friends left. I truely think it was happy ending although the directer was dodgy in providng us with episode where all this did happen. It would have been lovely seeing zhu yan in his young form along with others enjoying age of happiness which they all hard earned.
