It was that way all over the world, not just Korea. It was so in china, India, Arab nations, all over Europe, if you are not aristocracy you are worse than dirt!

I am watching Moonlovers the incarnation on you tube. it somewhat sated the craving ☺️. it is fun to watch all our beloved characters in their modern avatar!

Ang Lee has directed a wonderful movie called Eat Drink Man Woman which deals with family dynamics and a set of sisters which was done in a wonderful way. Becaue of that film he was invited to direct Sense and Sensibility, which Lee had never read. Nevertheless he has directed wonderfully well.

I love Japanese drama. it feels more real to me, more grounded. watch ‘ my sister’s soulmate’ . it’s really sweet.

actually, Doom had already started to care for her by ep 6 was my observation. the Deity keeps commenting on it. the acceptance and empathy took some time arriving. so far I am enjoying it.

I love this one. it is quirky, funny, full of interesting ideas, with modern heroin. waiting impatiently to see how it developers . the ML is yummy also helps ;-)

I will for sure. This is my fav book and I have seen it’s every single remake. My only worry is, I don’t trust current remakes. Latest Netflix remake of ‘Persuation ‘ is an insult to Jane Austen. I hope here they maintain the purity of the original. Looking forward.
