I've chosen to see this show as an absurd portrayal, also when you consider the fact that blood-thirsty vampire and monster romances are so common, it's not really that surprising. The king also gets some of his comeuppance but I won't spoil the ending.

ok till about ep. 8 now its just turned into a cooking show. Dropped 7/10
That's the whole reason I watched it what, I didn't really care much for the other elements besides character dynamics
