For the last few episodes, it has been intense, anger, heartbreaking... all the bad omens. Such story flow will…
I agree with you that La El will more likely end up with KYG. Both of them need each other to heal, and better in a far-away place such as Buenos Aires:) SEP has a noble mission to help people, and will probably pursue a political career. When everything is on the table, it will be unlikely for bad people to kill. HSR is the most unstable, and could target La El, instead of KYG. It is a brilliant show. We'll just wait and see.
Everyone has the right to have a lawyer to defend them, so I take on the role and list Ra El's red flags and then…
People can make wrong judgment/calculations when they take revenge. In this case, Ra El's target was KYG, but she soon found out as an illegitimate child he could not be the real heir. There was a minor detail that the founder of LY, KYG's step mother had a stroke 8 years before, so she could be the chairwoman before KYG. The most unexpected thing was that they truly loved each other.
He was different from them fundamentally. He disapproved HSR's way of treating their staff like slaves in Episode 6. He forgave the betrayal of Secretary Cha...Indeed he has ambitions to be the king of LY and even the entire industry. But he would never kill as they did in face.
SO IS IT SAFE TO SAY THAT CEO HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MURDER? And he’s trully love lael? 🥹🥹🥹
It was clear in Episode 6 that KYG had nothing to do with the murder. He condemned HSR: Your life went on just fine despite what you did...while HSR interrupted with 'that was an accident.' Looking back, KYG was talking about LLE's mother's death whose identity he was unaware of.
So it’s like I thought. Yoon Kyum didn’t know about really anything until it was too late. How tragic but…
KYG wanted Gediks and HSR wanted him. KYG was ignorant of the price other people would pay for his ambition (ultimately he has to pay). HSR was shameless for she murdered others for her ambition for 'love' and then blamed this 'lover.' KYG knew it was not love.
I want Ra El to find her peace with Ms Jang, her fake mom at the end. Ms Jang may had betrayed her at first, but…
Episode 14 revealed a fuller picture of Ms. Jang's character through La El said: I had too much to think about, but Ms. Jang never wavered...It will continue if we don't end it.
I want Ra El to find her peace with Ms Jang, her fake mom at the end. Ms Jang may had betrayed her at first, but…
The church scene where Ms Jang reconciled with Ra El was touching. She admitted she had ignored Ra El's effort of struggling so hard not to love KYG. She told her she should live her own life. She further told Eun Pyung she worried about Ra El's menatl state and would not object to Ra El's living with KYG somewhere outside Seoul. During the 13-year plan, she had been using Ra El as a tool for revenge, and they had quite a few fights. 'Omma' is really moving, though she often called her Ms. Jang.
Thank you ! This guy mind has been used and abused since he was born and his environment is so toxic he has been…
Thanks @#HIKIKOMORI. The feeling of being used by Ra El brought him most pain. The soulmate twin flames love turned out to be a lie. Hopefully the next episode will reveal more of KYG's real feelings towards Ra El and the true character.
KYG throwing Ra El to the ground at La Boca was a triggering scene. I think KYG was venting his resentment for his mother's death and warning Ra El of danger at the same time. Facing seductions one after another till the end of Episode 4, KYG's lust for Ra El had nowhere to hide, and his restless soul again yearned for the healing of Bandoneon. However, as a shrewd businessman, he was upset for not having figured out her purpose. He believed that everyone approached him for a reason, and Ra El was not an exception. Then there came a trigger. Ra El found his mother's death report on some paper clips inside a Tango magazine. Literally she was seeing his worst scar. At La Boca, He told Ra El to choose between being a good wife in her husband's memory and ending up in the news 'like a maid who died a miserable death.' He knew too well no woman associated with him would survive, such as Ms. Jung and the singer. Ra El's fate would most likely repeat his own mother's.
I think the actor who plays KYK (CEO) really did well in Episode 13. He finally erupted with anger, sadness and desperation. There was more to lust and obsession in KYK's feelings towards Ra El. At least in Episode 2 when he danced with Ra El, he was effectively reminded of his own identity: was he the clown or the king? In Episode 3, when he treated Ra El's wound he knew this beautiful woman was suffering from dreadful hurt that he could resonate in. Then in the fight to become the real king of LY, he worked with appreciation with Ra El. He chose to trust Ra El in this after HSR tried to reveal Ra El's true identity by tearing the document. He showed sincerity by offering Ra El shares, as best as an entrepreneur could do. When he said, he could give Ra El everything, he was probably not lying. KYK's anger is understandable, for he does not know as much as any of our audiences does. In a miserable childhood and lonely adulthood among evil people, he had an instinct for survival and was able to sense danger around him. He had been a clown living as a king in disguise. His reaction to the women (at least Ms. Jung and a singer) being rolled over tells volumes. Ra El was the only love he ever had in life. It was touching when KYK told Ra El that she had healed him and he was trying to heal her. But he had his past sin to repent. The coming episodes will let us know how much the KYK and his family were involved in LY and Gediks merger. Kang's father's fear showed this family was definitely not innocent. Were they only involved in the acquisition? Or were they responsible for the murder of Ra El's father? KYK asked Ra El what he had done wrong to her could leave us wondering. The game is so engaging, as Ra El said on the card game table.
