I’m watching it on iQIYI with Spanish subtitles. I also have Viki, and the subtitles there are easier to read they’re not as long or as fast as on iQIYI but I think they’re automatic, since there are lots of mistakes and gender mix-ups.

I’m on episode 7, and the plot is so confusing that I don’t understand anything. I’m not sure if I should keep watching it haha.

A wuxia at last! I’ve watched three romance dramas in a row I really needed this. And the best part is that in my country I’ll be able to watch it on Viki and iQIYI; I have both platforms, so I’ll choose the one with the best subtitles.

It was announced in 2023 for 2024, but it didn’t come out until 2025. A series made without any effort: very weak production, no promotion, no sponsors, everything was a mess! It became popular thanks to people’s edits, the memes, and above all JG, who saved the disaster. Episode 8 has 3M views on YouTube guess why? Yes, exactly, because of the bed scene hahaha. I love JossGawin and I hope to see more series with them together.

It has been wonderful from beginning to end, not a single episode bored me. I’ve already finished it and I miss it so much. Without a doubt, it’s one of the C-dramas I’ve enjoyed the most in 2025.

The chemistry between Smart and Boom feels so real it's scary—every time I see them interact, I feel like I'm invading their privacy and I blush. They've been incredible in the series; such amazing actors, absolutely! Boom is a gem—I hope roles come pouring in for him. No offense to Smart, but oh my God, Boom's acting is out of this world. I'm going to miss them so much!

I can't express how disappointed I am with this ending, I can't stop crying! It's so sad, it left me traumatized.

I believe they have split the special episode into two parts. It doesn't make sense to film a special episode only to leave the story unresolved.

When are they going to air episode 2?

The wild romp they have in bed is the only thing worth watching in this series.

I admit that at first I wasn’t really sold on this couple, but they totally blew me away. What great kisses—they were so natural, nothing forced! And they have such amazing chemistry!

I definitely only like Chinese dramas from the Xianxia and Wuxia genres even though they are all the same xD but 40 episodes seem endless to me if they don't give me magic, love and action, so I'm abandoning Perfect Match and will start this morning if iqiyi's subtitles are acceptable.

It's a good series but as a BL it's a bit disappointing since the romantic plot is very, very scarce.

I'm on chapter 8 and I'm bored. The story doesn't catch me and also the dialogues are so fast, my god I can't read the subtitles they go at full speed and if I lower it 0.75x they look drunk xD
