I watched both and Meet Yourself stands out with me where as HCCC kind of faded away. If the scenes are direct copies it’s one thing but it’s kind of like with music, there’s pieces in everything we listen to from all that we’ve listened to. I would think it’s kind of the same with writing, which I do. There’s only so many ways people me. People showing up in times of conflict in a series, well that’s kind of a given. If the ml showing up when the Fl is in distress is plagiarism then aren’t all books and series plagiarizing? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I haven’t gotten this far in yet but a script can touch on but not always cover the true aspects of mental health issues. If in a real life aspect the ex had weaponized suicide to control the people around her that’s a whole different mental illness. My brother in law is finally under treatment for the root traumas that caused this. Every suicidal person isn’t always pitiful, some of them are manipulative & controlling individuals.

Mmm impoverishment and Redneck don’t necessarily go hand in hand. I know rednecks that drive 80,000 trucks, have 30,000 atvs and big boats. Honey Boo Boo (hopefully you’ve never seen anything about them)and her family aired giving people a sense that all rednecks are like that, untrue. That family was what rednecks refer to as white trash. Red neck actually came from those who worked in the sun who’s necks were red

It’s expanding thanks to TikTok and YouTube 😂 so more people know more what a redneck is considered. They usually find out they have them where they’re from and we’re not all villains. I just wish they could tell the difference between redneck and white trash.

Not a stereotype for one state but being demonized in the media people don’t which individual state you’re from.
People may not understand where Alabama is but they understand the stereotype of Redneck the same as stereotype of Arab Prince.
Eh, when you grow up an hour south of Prattville and Montgomery Alabama you learn to look for yourself and not believe everything you’re told growing up. If anyone reading this is interested in what those cities are Google

Watch Lu Si and the actress who plays her mother here again as her mother in Love Like The Galaxy. That was the first series I have ever waited for checking to see when episodes dropped. The wait for season 2 was excruciating. I had alerts set on my phone. 😂
Then again Zhao Lusi doesn’t have a bad series I recommend all of her work to watch. I loved her in Dating in the Kitchen.

I saw a lot of calling season 1 a bromance because of what it lacked but I guess as an older person who grew up with series that didn’t show skinship I’m not put off by series that don’t show that. Like you said it was enjoyable because of the chemistry, even real relationships aren’t about tackling each other as soon as one walks through a door everyday. 😂

I’m early in the series epi 3 and I see a lot about Ha Ram’s pushiness in his pursuit, have you never been pursued by a persistent person? I’ve watched other clips and didn’t find him offensive just direct and so far seems to know who he wants.

KinnPorsche was my first Thai BL, then TharnType immediately after. I’m kinda of spoiled for a certain type after that. I’ve found several I really enjoyed but they still had a more mature cast & storyline. Bed Friends,Love In the Air and Love Syndrome are ones I just rewatched via watch party with a friend of mine who’s just started watching BL. I told her she had to wait for KinnPorsche and TharnType. 😂

Do these series from the multiverse have to be watched in order? The descriptions are kind of confusing with “continued story of” but that one will be listed after said couples story. I’m a bit confused.
