Hi, yeonclouds! It's definitely BL and I think you will realize it when you've already watch the ep2 (see the cinderella scene). Also, I've read the manga and from there, I positively can confirmed that this drama is actually a BL.

For now, the best source to watch with sub is from fansubbers. Someone will share the link here, probaby tomorrow or the next day after. You can watch it without sub in TVer (just search this "消えた初恋 TVer" in google) but you must have VPN. You will find it randomly in yt, dailymotion etc. but I don't really rely on this one. I recommend you just read it until chapter 4 and no more than that because, at the end of chapter 5, there's the biggest twist which I think is better if you read it after watching the related episode from the drama to keep it a surprise. Yup, me too. I can't wait to see the "cinderella" scene of IdAoki. Because of my impatience, I've already read the manga for the second episode even though I intended to read it after watching the drama. Their misunderstanding become even more fascinating there XD
I love this bl rom-com already XD XD I've watched it (ep 1) multiple times to understand each of the scenes, and then I read the related episode chapter of the manga.
I think it's so helpful to read the manga after watching the drama for those who don't read it in the first place. It gives you more deeply into the story or at least you will know that the live-action doesn't diverge from the original manga storyline. It follows the manga nearly 100% even the hairstyle of each character is the same as in the manga.
So far, It is a cute feel-good story that made me smile, laugh, and be in a good mood ^^ Ooh, can't wait for the next ep ^0^
