These are it's English title, My Love Mix-Up!, Vanishing My First Love, The First Love That Disappeared, and Faded First Love. Mostly, the first one is chosen because it sounds more positive connotatively than the remaining, I guess.
It will be available in official platform Netflix (Asian region) and Viki (outside Asian region) after the drama finish. For now, you can watch the raw from TV Asahi (the main source) or TVer and for Engsub you can get it from fansubbers.

Hi Aphrodite ^^what I saw from previous posts, there's definitely a kiss, they said-- who have read the manga. I also read the manga but didn't reach that page yet.
A question regarding ep 6, did Ida express his feelings for Aoki? No, right? He did not say anything about if…
Hi, Emara!
Yup, I've watched it and didn't see Ida saying "I like you" explicitly. What I understand is Ida wants to tell Aoki that he slowly begins to understand what is like "to like someone" and so, he wants to know what's Aoki opinion about his feeling toward Aoki. That's why Ida asked, "Do I like you?" It's understandable because it's Ida's first time dealing with that situation and their relationship was still at the beginning of the process. That's why Ida said their date is a bit too early to begin—needs more time to get to know each other better—. ". . . . someday, I'd be happy if we could be lovers" At this point, I notice the positive changes in Ida's feelings toward Aoki. He "opens" his heart to Aoki, to give himself (Ida) a chance that he will know more about love from Aoki.
sorry, my interpretation is still imperfect but I hope you find some of it useful ^^
Ida is such an amazing guy.. caring and so smart. I don't understand how he is not one of the popular guys at…
You're right. I thought about this before. Maybe the girls already tried approaching him but ended up in "I'm sorry" or no response (cuz he's slow) except Aoki, he got Ida's reply ". . .want to try going out?"
This show is goal. How difficult it was for him to say that he likes him, and how easy it became when he said…
Wow, awesome ^0^ What I know about this drama I can't describe it in words but I feel it. Now, you wrote this down here and it almost explains how I feel so far. It's like you make what's on my mind a more complete light to what it really is. Thanks for sharing it here (づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ
Can anyone send me the link for Episode 5 with English subs? I am not sure if the dailymotion link has the correct…
Hi you can check the subs on the recent discussions above the comments section here. There's a topic forum was made about the list of fansubs for this drama. As already mentioned, the subs will available one or two days after the show is aired.
I really cried a lot when Aoki finally open up to his best friend Akkun. In the world where hetero relationship…
I'm really moved by your description of exactly how you were feeling and experiencing. It's really complicated to decide whether it is better to tell people or keep it secret about the part of our privacy. There's a lot of things we need to do for each other, especially our family and friends. I believe you will cope with this with the best result, someday. "Small changes can make a big difference." This quote always motivates me and maybe it works for you (and other people).
I know you will do your best. Today is going to be an awesome day for you ^^
It seems from the next episode we will be seeing more original scenes rather than manga scenes. I am excited about…
I hope the divergence of the storyline in the drama will keep follow the major plot points of the original story or at least it creates unique plotline that will end up in the same original conclusion of the whole story.
Hi, R DeyIt is nice that you also like this drama ^^as far as I know, simply, the rating is based on how many…
You're so welcome and thanks for your compliment ^^ I forget to tell you that on this site, K-drama is predominant which makes the most popular/top drama list here is full of it—It seems that at the beginning, at the birth of this site, they added dramas that are trending at that time, mostly from Korea—. That's why most users here are K-drama fans and makes it look so biased, I guess.
Edit: On November 1, 2021 | Kieta Hatsukoi (on going) and Cherry Magic's rank in The Top 100 Japanese Dramas - MDL are #5 and #31, respectively.
What is the ranking of this drama based on? Is it the ratings? How on earth is it 191? 🤔 😔 😟 Do people…
Hi, R Dey It is nice that you also like this drama ^^
as far as I know, simply, the rating is based on how many users rate the drama and the ranking is more complex because it includes other factors to its algorithm, (ex. how many users add it to their list, the number of comments, reviews, and recommendations). the ranking/rating is always changing from time to time, changing significantly after it's completed, and even more fluctuating if there are similar or popular ones. I agree with Ackery and some people here that it's all about people's preferences. If some people don't like the Shounen-ai or BL, they definitely don't watch/drop this drama, even they don't search it.
Sure, the ranking guides and leads us through a number of dramas which will help us to easily find new dramas, probably our favorite ones. But I don't solely rely on the ranking/rating system as there's no such as a perfect one, (ex. for non-users who really like this drama they're not into account in the ranking/rating system; the majority of the users of the site—for example, are most of them K-drama fans?— the fairness calculation method on the equation they use for ranking; all of them are different from site to site). Important to note is that popular doesn't mean high rated and the watchers on the system are not always who are currently watching but also who plan to watch, put on hold, dropped, and complete the drama. Also, popularity is a broad term, it can be a bad or good thing and it always depends on the circumstance. So, it is possible for such a bad storyline drama to become popular if many people talk about it.
I think the best is we just light up what we already have, especially with people who share the same interest in this drama here. It would become a nice journey and memorable
Maybe you've already know some or all of this, hope it's useful for you and everyone else ^^ btw, sorry for my imperfect English.
I know the latest episode just came out today but does anyone know if its aired in eng subs??
I rely on fansubber for engsub when it isn't on the official streaming service in my country. Usually, one to two days after it's aired we will get the engsub. Subtitling takes a lot of time, It is so lucky if we get it today.
EP3 is now up - https://kietahatsukoisub.carrd.co/ Thank you for waiting. This was ready yesterday but we decided…
Don't worry about the delay. I understand that it's hard and needs a lot of effort to do that. As always thank you so much Boron and team. I definitely will enjoy this ^^
