STOP PROJECTING! The guy took his time to find what he wanted. He was not enticed by looks he knew what he wanted…
Um... if it works out well for them then cool. I'm just saying from what I've seen around me (tons of couples) relationships who start out like that don't last. You've met someone for barely two weeks and you wanna marry them? Okay, sure... good luck to you then. Let's check back in on your comment in a year and see how well it aged.
You must be very young to be so judgmental. (Or just incredibly immature, if not physically so.) Also, I did not say Jaehyung was "bad" in any way. He is emotionally immature, and thinks he's found the love of his life. I'm telling you, that I've seen a lot of couples who are like that at first, but then the passion will eventually burn out. If you think it won't, then yeah, you must not have much experience in life. It doesn't mean they can't work their differences out, but as I see it, Jaehyung is currently too immature to be in a lasting relationship.
Why don't people see that Jaehyung's affection for Jiwon wouldn't last? This is clearly just the stage where his hormones are running wild. I've seen lots of couples like these two who seem to be madly in love with each other at the start, but then their relationships all ultimately end in break-ups.
Also, stop bashing Yong Woo. You know the show is edited to present a certain narrative, right? And for the past few episodes Yong Woo was picked by the editor to be the "villain" of the show. But guys, they're not even dating. None of the people in this show are in the dating stage yet. They're just in the getting-to know-each-other stage. I don't know why so many viewers are judging YW like he cheated on someone or something.
On Episode 18 and 19, omgosh that mother of Dong-Seok, and all the people who are trying to make Dong Seok out to be the bad guy (yes I'm talking about all the nosy uncles and aunts a.k.a Eun-hui and the two dads). The mother is clearly in the wrong, and yet they all blame Dong Seok for being heartless and call him names, and tell him that he's the one who's wrong. And the mom wouldn't even apologize. It didn't even cross her mind that she should apologize. It's clear that Asian parents see their children as slaves, or at least as people they can boss around. This is esp. bad in Korean culture, where as long as you're older than someone you can boss them around like you're a slave owner. This is seen in the kimchi making scene, where Byeol, presumably the youngest, has to take the kimchi and feed everyone else. And it's treated like a given that she has to serve everyone just 'cause she's the youngest. And back to Dong Seok and that mother, later in Episode 19 they go to a restaurant to eat, and CLEARLY the ones in the wrong are the restaurant owner, who got their orders wrong and gave them the food late because he clearly looks down on them, so Dong Seok is one hundred percent justified in simply walking out of the restaurant. He was even nice enough to throw down some money before leaving. AND YET the mother once again makes it seem like it's Dong Seok's fault, and profusely apologizes to some stranger who was rude to them and did them wrong, but simply REFUSES to apologize to her OWN son to whom she did so wrong. And this is super realistic of Asian families and parents. Omgosh I just had to rage rant this. Please comment if you're Asian and can relate. We've been taught that right is wrong and wrong is right for so long. And it's time we stop giving in to this bullshit.
I also felt a bit off if I think about this, but maybe just maybe, they did remember what happened but not immediately.…
Let's call 34y/o Sol - Sol A 19y/o Sol - Sol B
1st timeline - There is one Sol, Sol A. 2nd timeline - Splits into two people, Sol A and Sol B at the 19-year-old mark. I agree that the memories of Sol B gets integrated into the memories of Sol A, like the examples you listed. The main problem I have is, in the second timeline, Sol A is "stealing" the time and life of Sol B. Sol B never gets the memories of Sol A, and she essentially "dies" after Sol A's soul is transported back into her body. Of course, there's the weird feeling of Sol A falling in love with a minor and stuff, but technically she didn't do anything much (except a kiss she doesn't remember) so I'm not too bothered by that. I'm just wondering, is it right for Sol A to steal the life of Sol B? Is it okay for a person to steal from their younger self? Of course since we can't actually conduct time travel in real life, this might not be a useful question to ponder, but watching this drama just made me think about such questions.
First of all, the ending of episode 7 was so good. I've rewatched it maybe like twenty times. But as I was watching, I started feeling really conflicted. If memories are what makes a person them, then the Sol who time traveled and the Sol who didn't are essentially two different people. And we're watching the love story between Sun Jae and 34-year-old Sol, not the Sol without the memories of time travel. So... are we really watching a love story between Sol and Sun Jae, or just between one version of Sol and Sun Jae?
Oh the survival game show aspects are back! I was wondering if I should drop this since they dumbed down K so much, it's like the writer didn't know what to do with him anymore, but hopefully the next few episodes will be interesting.
It was okay. I'll keep watching for Cha Eun Woo. I really hope they're not forming a romantic storyline between the FL and CEW, because they look like mother and son to me.
Does no one thinks of the father in law?I said from the first that Miho's father might be BM.The writer in every…
Yeah, the father-in-law is most likely the other leader of the BM organization. It's just funny how a lot of people here refuse to give up their initial theory and is bent on seeing Jerry as the real BM, when he's obviously too young to be a BM founder or leader.
The Feeb guy in episode 4 is so clearly based on Shingeki no Kyojin's author. But I think they exaggerated his char to make it more dramatic, and it's a bit much. I like the characters in this drama but they really need to work on the scriptwriting because the story has been losing steam steadily since episode 1.
After watching ep 3, I decided to drop it. Can't stand boring cases with uninteresting chrs anymore. I don't think…
Same. The first case was mildly interesting but the second one was really meh. What a pity both Ayase Haruka and Takahashi Issei decided to choose such bad scripts for their dramas after the wildly successful Tengoku to Jigoku
I think the reason a lot of people are finding this drama draggy, boring or becoming hard to watch is because the drama is TOO realistic. Real life is boring, draggy, messy, complicated, and shitty more often than not. And dramas always feel like a form of escapism from everyday life, esp. since the previous episodes did feel like a sweet rom-com in many parts. But I also appreciate how this drama is just going the realistic route, because it offers up some lessons for the viewers too, esp. if you can relate to the characters. I related v much to Hakyung when she broke down in ep. 11.
After ep. 4, I think Kim Min Chae is Go Yu Rim's daughter that Na Hee Do adopted. And Na Hee Do will meet Baek Yijin again in the present and they'll get together.
Up until the very end, the f*ing bastard Lee Tae Ho did not apologize to Sun Woo. No. Not ONCE. He did her wrong, wrecked her life, and up until the very end said "Hey, you know what? I'll forgive you!" Huh? He'll forgive who? Till the very end, he's playing the victim and blaming the person whose life HE wrecked? Bloody f*ing entitled bastard! He doesn't deserve to live a decent life like he did at the end. It's disgusting that so many people are discussing how manipulative Sun Woo is blah blah, and yet nobody seems upset that the bloody bastard Lee Tae Ho never got punished for his crimes and disgusting actions. Gross. Entitled bastards like Lee Tae Ho should suffer a much, much worse fate than he did in this drama.
