There are 2 boys, Do Hyuk and K. K's father is the secretary, he had to switch both babies at the hospital so his son could get treated but he failed to switch them back. The boy who fall from the horse was "K". It was after that incident that the president of Sunchang group realized that he wasn't his son. It was also what made K start acting out. So Do Hyuk is the real son while K is the fake and also the son of the secretary.
