Okay this movie was amazing. There weren't that many erotic scenes which was perfect and the way the plot developed and they gave us a good ending without any what ifs. I would definitely recommend this it's truly a masterpiece <3
So, who was hit by the car o_O this is why I hate open endings -_-
Here to answer your comment, Shin was the one who died. He couldn't keep faking that he was okay so in those last moments it's not Keng but more of a thought of him because Shin is remembering Keng and the pain he caused him even though its been 5 years so in the end before going to that street he's talking to his friends saying he wants to make more memories with them so eventually he decides that the only way to get rid of the suffering is to free himself (die),,,,
MY theory on the ending. If you watch how Shin acts before standing on the side of the street and to the thoughts…
I think your theory is right because remember how when they are sitting down Shin says he wants to make a lot of memories with his friends and it sounds like a goodbye like you said i do think that in that moment he was thinking about Keng and all the pain and just covered up his real feelings to not upset his friends and family, but he couldn't keep it up anymore and all that pain and suffering caught up to him.
That slap was kind of expected, after leaving to the US saying you'll come back in a few months and coming back after FIVE years, I mean I'd be shocked to see someone and he kind of deserved that slap. Looking forward for the second season.
