My Wuxin is being used as a puppet?!?! It’s sad that we get so little of him. I love him and wanted to see so much more of him ever since his separation on ep 8. Half of the drama he rarely shows up so I hope we will get to see him more now 🥲 I wanted more of our real Wuxin not evil Wuxin but I’m ready to see what evil WX is about, at least he’s gonna be on screen more often now? I hope so.

It’s XS our main lead, LWJ is the second main and he gets as much as screen time as XS. Story and plot revolve around those two. WX is listed as main but he does not appear a lot. He appears like once in 2 eps with like 2 minutes screen time only after his arc is done.

Its funny how in chinese drama, they just be pulling things out of their sleeves. Xiao Se with his book and Wuxin with the white bird, like whattt how that fit in there without falling haha.

Just started this couple days ago and not to be dramatic but He Na is so so handsome!!! its like love at first sight damn lmfaooo. Loving his character too, he's such a good friend and a sweetheart. Also Bai Feng is mad annoying she's trying to force someone whose not in love with her to be with her like bruh. The actress looks similar to Yuan Bing Yan, anyone else see that or just me?

I was excited for this drama when it first aired but during the 1 week of no posting to when it did came back I was waiting for more eps to come out but because I saw that a lot of scenes between ML and FL are cut off, I didn't. Honestly sad because it could've been a more interesting and exciting drama but no. I like FSF and watched it for him but this drama didn't do any of these actors and actress justice.

Tang lian seems to know, he's not totally clueless about it. Qian Luo is irrelevant and barely has any effect on the storyline or none at all. She also didn’t spend a lot of time with XS too like LWJ. Not that LWJ not knowing is harmful or bad or anything it's just that he's very clueless even when he's hinted.
Great majority of them know so technically everyone expect LWJ.

LWJ is so dumb how could he not caught on that XS is the 6th prince esp when his sister hinted that the prince lost his martial skills and to not worry about finding him. He’s the only one who still doesn’t know who XS is while everyone else and their mothers know.

The story of Li Hanyi and Zhao Yuzhen was quick and beautiful and they got the best theme song toooo! I love their song.

Not his ending but things like does he shows up more often later, do we get to know more about him, and is his character fleshed out by the end of the novel. Sorry to ask you about him but please let me know if you don’t mind.

That makes so much sense because I was wondering why LWJ was getting so much time and focus when XS is the main character but I didn't feel like the focus was on XS as it was for LWJ. I just finished watching all the 11 episodes and I think that a lot of it is LWJ with some XS's past and bits of his character since his character and LWJ's have connection and is the main story. I only watched the donghua season 2 as I was waiting for more episodes of the live action to come out but I have to agree with the readers that LWJ is boring and uninteresting. He just does not do it with me. Like I like the trio and they're cute together but if as character individually then its different. I would much rather see and know more of XS and WX, esp WX if I'm being honest. As of now, a lot of LWJ and barely any of WX but at least I can still see XS. Based on your comments below, I will indeed be quite upset if its always LWJ because.. yea I think I've said enough. I don't know much yet because obviously didn't read the novel and only watched the season 2 and the ending of season 2 was kind of a bruh moment for me but I'm holding out some hope since that's not the whole story and everything...yet.

Tang Lian was seen alive still at the end of season 2 donghua. I like him I hope he does not die at the very end tho.

Watched all the eps that are out and in my personal opinion, I don't find the cgi that great. It looks messy and quite bad actually for me, however there are a few times when it looks decent as well but overall the cgi isn't all that for me. I know the drama prob doesn't have a very big budget so whatever it is, I'm not so bothered. I still enjoy the actions despite the cgi tho.

As for characters, so far I like Xiao Se, Wu Xin and Tang Lian. The rest are so so at the moment but I think they will grow on me later. I'm so sorry to say this but I just don't find Wu Jie to be interesting, in fact, he's kind of annoying to me, in a good way if that makes sense.. I'm still trying to keep up with all the characters and try to remember their names as more are getting introduced, confused at time but will get there.

I like this drama so far and look forward for more, might even go watch the donghua too.

Xiao Se being 29 and looks way younger than Wu Xin haha but I can look pass the age and is unbothered by it. They both make a great XS and WX.

Can anyone who watched the donghua let me know how strong Wu Xin is since he had learn a lot of powerful skills and will Xiao Se get his martial / power back ? So if Wu Xin is 17 then how old is XS and LWJ or are they the same age expect LWJ whose a lil younger?

I know they explained this already but the sub went by too fast and whenever I tried to skip back ads keep popping out so I try not to skip back but why did the demon sect had to pick a person for the 12 years thing again? And why do they want to take him back, for what? Is it because he’s powerful now ? Honestly it’s interesting to me that Wu Xin is from the demon sect because I didn’t expect that. He and Xiao Se are the most interesting characters to me and I’m loving their interaction and stories so far. After all Xiao Se is our main so I would be interested.
