Not only this drama many Kdramas made profits just by OS rights bcz Kdramas super popular internationally that doesn't mean you can neglect the local Tv ratings, actors need local tv ratings for the Popularity + pay check + advertisement etc...

Not only the producers even actors needs to make profit from the drama
