I think it's bcz of lesser action more romance or drama...

Why is it always the male leads Asst or body guard that comes during a romantic scenes

Any genre will do great in SK if it was loved by older people there are so many thrillers or Lawyer dramas that did well on TV

It's possible if the drama is loved by everyone especially older people

I hate them so much, they do same in the TWO male lead dramas too hates FEMALE LEADs character even if her character is good

I said most not all, trust me Most of the Internation K/C drama stans love watching ROMANCE dramas only, you can check some serious dramas of young actors also not doing well bcz they only like watching ROMANCE dramas, even on the MDL TOP MOST POPULAR dramas will be romance dramas barring the NETFLIX driven KDRAMAS....
