I think it's mostly bcz of BYJ being Adult and HD minor present she is 19(near to 20) (Just now checked on google SK's legal age is 20)

And for DAEUN + BYJ and NHD + Choi tae joon(forgot his name in the drama) may be they are okay with same age people dating

Ps: but in my view 19 + 23 dating is not a big issue(also they are not couple now)
