It's pretty simple to know who the ML is. It's the first actor mentioned (either the ML gets mentioned first and the FL second or vice versa). The SL is always mentioned 3rd. There are very few dramas where this isn't the case.

Have you tried? I don't live in the USA and can access it just fine. Maybe it depends on the drama you want to watch.. but I haven't checked them all. So far it seems to work for me.
