This situation is so embarrassing. I can't believe I have to explain it. The Nigerians defending him are a loud minority. Most Nigerians are fully aware about what paedophilia is and are 100% aware that it's wrong. It's not a cultural thing because that was sorted years and years ago. They just don't want to admit that someone they love so much has done something so terrible because they're allergic to accountability. As a Nigerian, that's the explanation for this horrendous attitude. But it really is a loud minority. I had to call all my friends asking if I was crazy and if I'm jaded about how many people know that preying on a minor is wrong. But nope.
