Love the difference between his role as Goo Joon Pyo and his "real" (kind of ) self in interviews, etc. He's kind of shy and I have to smile everytime I picture him as Goo Joon Pyo (shouting and demanding attention) :) He's great, hope to see him more often in dramas.

I seriously love the outtakes, deleted scenes, making-of's, etc. where Jang Geun Seok acts like himself. You can really see how funny he is and what a sweet person he really is. I liked him in You're Beautiful, but I really fell in love with him after watching these kinds of videos. And the Etude House commercial of course :D That's without a doubt a gift for his fans ;)
