my question is why was hyeyoung so stubborn in not telling sunho, his best friend, that he liked jojo and denied it constantly, even before the kiss happened.
At this point everyone could end up not in a relationship and I’ll still consider it a happy ending.

After weeks of trying to find out who the stalker was, we finally got an answer! THE DIRECTOR. Even though I’m happy about it, I’m kinda sad it was that obvious as the director just gave us the stalker/obsessive fan vibe always. Here us thinking it was the doctor or the driver. But I do understand that the stalker arc wasn’t the main plot of the drama, so they didn’t make it that complicated.
Now, the big scene of today’s episode. THE KISS! It was soooo cute. I screamed when LHJ first gave her a peck and then I screamed even louder when he went to kiss her again.
Things to point out:
-in the preview, LHJ said he wanted to be happy with the time he has left (or something along those lines), is that speculating he may die because of his memory?
-the doctor’s father being sus as always
-kdrama logic: somehow the director met the previous stalker and nobody told LHJ or the police? Like LHJ had to ask his bff to visit the stalker and here we have the director just visiting and sending him letters?
-why did the previous stalker wanted to help LHJ (saying things like I gave you the clues or whatever) but also wanting to get revenge?

Oooohh, maybe a patient of the doctor and they met when YHJ was in her treatment. Could explain how he had met her before.
The actor of the director had also played a stalker in Suspicious Partner. And I always got stalker vibes from him since the start, so maybe that’s why.

This week’s episode and the preview were a rollercoaster.

The doctor’s father is definitely suspicious, maybe he is the mastermind behind everything. Like being the one that asked for the photos from the reporter to sending them to the ex gf’s stalker and threatening LJH. Why? Probs to get information for his thesis or whatever (like what would someone that keeps all of his memories do when events from the past happened again). He also has all of the necessary things to be the mastermind (knows about LJH’s past, probs met YHJ at some point in her treatment, knows where the stalker is and can have communication with him)

Another thing this week was photos!! Why did the doctor keep that photo of YHJ? Maybe there is something or someone in the back of it. Also, why was it stolen, who wants it gone or who knows how to enter LHJ’s house?
And! The photos with the fans. Is there a clue in there? Was the stalker there?

Now we know exactly how the (past) motorbike accident happened . From the looks of it, it seems that it was an actual accident rather than smth done on purpose since if the motorbike driver was the culprit, he wouldn’t just stayed there. The recent motorbike driver is probs the driver/manager and it could have been out of hate.

The big question is who kidnapped YHJ? Based on the candles, probably the director. Other than that, I don’t really know anything else.

There could be 2 stalkers at the moment, one who kidnapped YHJ and one who stole the photo or they could be the same person.

Edit: watched the preview like a 50 times and noticed the guy who YHJ shouted at has dark/black hair (reporter?) and the guy LJH hit had more of a brown color type of hair.

For anyone like me that only wanted to watch the drama for the brother and the student:
They have one or two at most scenes in each episode, so not a lot of screen time. I skipped so much of the drama that I would think that I didn’t even watched the actual plot of it.
I will just say that CMM and HCY and super cute, but there aren’t a lot of scenes of them together.
Also, something that is stuck on my mind is the biased behavior of the parents when finding out how both their son and daughter were in relationships with people younger than them. Why are drama parents always so annoying.

True! We still don’t have many concrete clues about who the stalker is but we are sure about how the romance is going or possibly going.

The motorcycle guy actually wanting to get HK does seem a likely possibility as he went more for her than YHJ and maybe the drama writers made us think it was for YHJ after the whole conversation between LHJ and the reporter.

GOOD POINT! I never thought that the doctor could have formed an obsession with YHJ after being her doctor and the accident happening.
Him being the motor driver that almost run over LJH’s first gf could be a possibility, but I did think it was the actual stalker since the motorbike looked like the ones used for delivery, but I could be wrong.

I’m so confused about who the stalker could be.
First, there are people saying it could be a group of stalkers with the ex-gf stalker as the boss of it could be just one stalker.
The suspect list:
•driver/manager: has the same surname as the ex-gf stalker (revenge?), deleted cctv footage, angry over being “fired”, knows where the cctv cameras are and the door code
•reporter: always stalking YHJ because of his job, has admitted to have send photos to another stalker for money (could be a lie because of the look he gave when LJH was looking at his phone)
•director: madly in love with YHJ, just has a stalker vibe overall
•doctor/LJH’s bff: pressure of his father (possibly hated towards LJH because of it), knows about the past of both YHJ and LHJ, may have formed an obsession of looking after YHJ

Main suspect for me is the driver as he seems as the most suspicious (but also could be a distraction from the real stalker). It was also pointed out that behind him in the preview for ep 9, there seems to be a motorcycle helmet. The reporter seems to have a hatred or smth against either LHJ or YHJ as he seems too invested in them for it to only be for his job. The director just looks like an obsessed fanboy or smth. The doctor, for me, is the least likely to do it since the reasons for him to be the stalker aren’t the same as his action (eg: him being worried about where LHJ was could not explain why would he want to make him relive the pain of losing his ex-gf, but the writers could give a reverse uno card or a plot twist.

Also many people are convinced that the doctor is the suspect but I can’t seem to see it, so if anyone thinks he is, please do tell me reasons.

well I didn’t know it was her twin brother but if you’re talking about the professor and the student then yes

I’m here contemplating if I should watch this drama because the only reason I would watch it is for the second couple. What I am asking is how much would I skip if I don’t care about the main leads and only watch the second couple’s storyline?

Never seen a family change their mind about a person more frequently than these stupid characters, like PLEASE make up your mind about GHT, do you like her or not?
The family is insane: the mother changes her mind constantly and is always taking the older brother’s side (sis, don’t you understand that the reason LYM is like that like is because as a child you treated him like a model and now he is grownup and is still a child in his mind), the sister in law is just CRAZY and jealous (kinda understand her because she was married to a dead kid, but still, can you be less insane), the brother is so selfish and egotistic, like your life is not surrounded by a single girl, he is always blaming LYX about his problems in life when he doesn’t understand that the problems are caused by himself, the father doesn’t have a firm opinion about anything (which makes me insane, like at least tell me which side are you on). The only sane one here, besides LYX, is the little sister, who saw the problems she caused and tried to fixed them and become a better person.
Also, SPOILER FOR EPISODE 36 or 37, love how LYM was so pissed at LYX for talking to the enemy and “accepting” his bribe, and now here he is, selling the product “your” girl and LYX worked so hard on to the enemy.
Also, wanna add that LYM is so jealous of LYX for no reason. While you were a scare little cat in your stupid attic, lamenting about your face, your brother went abroad to study and came back to manage the business, aka all the things that are supposed to be your responsibility and now you are annoyed that your fathers praises your brother more than you, like come on, at least think with you little brain.
Truly a disaster of a drama, just trying to finishing watching for the couple and without pulling all my hairs off by how stupid everyone is.

Can’t believe it ended. Tbh, I would have liked an extra episode just to know how everyone is doing and my biggest concern was, I DIDNT SEE LDH, BK AND YJD IN THE NEW WORLD. Where are they? I was hoping for a happy ending between LDH and YJD, but no.
From my understanding, in the new comic, EDO and Haru are extras without names, so they don’t have a backstory they have to follow. Don’t really know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

Prediction for why KMR is back in the capsule: Probably the same old cliche of having only one antidote and them fighting for the other to get the antidote. Or on a more positive note, the antidote is to go BACK in the capsule for a period of time.

was it just me or the second hand in the clock in YJD’s grandma hospital room was going backwards?
I’m trying to think why the director pointed out that clock, like what was the reason for it and why was YJD wanting to talk to LDH?

Tbh one of the best dramas of 2019. Can’t believe it has already finished. There are a few things left open, like what happened with the lawyer and the salesman/doctor. And I’m so mad that they somehow made a redemption ark for the psycho nurse that lasted zero to nothing seconds.
But overall, a beautiful ending to a beautiful drama

Sorry but HY is a creepy stalker, he’s almost Angel’s Last Mission JKW creepy

The drama ended with JJ ending up with no one. But in the webtoon, she ended up with HY. Hoping for a season 2.
