But the moment Xie Qing ask Investigator Zhao about whether Yuan Hong really see him as a friend, knowing his secret, her facial expression kinda say it all.
The secret that got revealed in Ep 14 is obviously not it.
Bromance is just a nice way to refer to the censorship, but it is obvious ML1 has feelings for ML2 at least yoo. Would you block the knife for a good friend or would you block the knife if he is a love one 😬, also his face of jealousy 😁
But ngl the suspense of the thriller sometimes make me scare but I am enjoying this, like everything. I definitely want more of the 2MLs cute interactions
There should be a comedy tag to this too. PJC is the comedic character here. Also the Taekwondo Adjussi who also acted in WLGYT is so suave. It's great that he is casted as a Main Role.
But i don't believe him yet. What if he flips in the end? Again?
Nah, at this point his redemption is real. He knows his step-mother and sister have no ill intention against him and despite how he treated them in the past, the step-mother still care about the him because she truly love her husband: love a house and its crow. Only with this side of the family he has been loved and cared for, but not from his in-law, knowing he was disposable, where he has observed and found out things and know that his father has been right about many things all along. Working bts to protect his father and the family seem just about right that he should be doing after being trash for so long. Left 2 episodes only, I doubt it's that complicated.
I am here for the twin brother's Redemption arc. Like dude suddenly got awakened and have become even smarter than his twin sister for being steps ahead. Didn't expect the final scene of Ep 10. Daebak
I am positive this ain't the first time I see his acting, but TYAL is truly his drama as I wouldn't remember his name or anything previously. He picked the right script, nailed this role, made it memorable and seemingly gained more popularity with this. Good job
I laugh and shed tears the way the drama wants me to, awesome and amazing. Comedy was not too over, truly enjoyable. The best kdrama I watched for this first half of 2026.
I wanna ask something. Did Ayden enter the entertainment industry late? His acting is top notch. He's 32 and acts…
It's been around 7 years, when he was around 26. Considered late I guess, and he barely have much achievements. The local TV awards also aren't that prestigious in the eyes of local citizens.
I think he mainly lack exposure, and he wasn't in like some global hit drama like Little Nyonya for example. Our local dramas quality and standard also very unlikely China, non-comparable.
When he started out for a few years, there have been criticism of how wooden his acting is. Our country is small, so the fan base is naturally also small. Plus there are also actually many people who don't really watch local TV anymore. I think it's only recently he manage to act outside of SG for China dramas, including costume. Compared to how Double Helix is kinda global (non-western) but among Asia especially, the drama he has been are kinda like not well known and not even any form of topic to mention.
His acting is top notch here, but you can try to see if you can find his past work and his acting quality ain't the same. As if they are different people LOL
This one shows and deliver his charm very well, and I agree he should be quite popular considering his looks, but SG community is obviously small compared to bigger nations, that's why some artists like Lawrence Wong only get to be more globally recognised only after he expanded to China. The time is probably now for Ayden
Good roles wise, probably just the dramas are mediocre despite being ML.
Fellow Sgrean here and I must say that this is Ayden's best work ngl. Acting is top notch. His past work are nothing like this (not referring to genre but acting).
I can totally feel that he is really into ML2 with those on point expressions and feelings. As someone born in a somewhat conservative country, I feel like he is breaking his comfort zone and giving his all for this. The way he sees someone he love and his obsession I am totally really feeling it for this character. Not cringe at all, super natural.
While the recent episodes are funny, hilarious, but I do enjoy all the hot scenes as well. Not too sure why some people aren't getting it, but I can totally feel the BL screaming here. Although I am probably not a fan of the main plot if it's from the OG story, but I must say the BL part is exceptional, especially coming from both China and SG being conservative unlike Taiwan, Thailand where BLs are saturated and easy.
Kudos to the production crew and the casts for working hard on this and not disappointing with subpar acting (like fish kiss etc). I wouldn't say this series is perfect in terms of cut or anything for sure, but BL is BL regardless of HE/SE/OE and I can't help but feel proud that Ayden especially can have his visual put into good use with more international fans recognising/knowing about him than him staying in our little red dot local media company where progression and dramas are often mediocre. But would you laugh and smile about knowing this secret that you know but he don't, as a "good friend"?
Censorship trying to cover up some stuff, but our gaydar is not stupid. Xie Qing is giving Fujoshi vibe

So let's just take it that iykyk

The Jigglypuff slaps were satisfying

No offence and I know that it's not right to feel like this but I was glad that Lu Feng's Dad passed away. He was an obstacle.
Can Ep 5 greatness continue and be the ending instead please
I wouldn't mind an obsessive man like Lu Feng whom look like that in my life tbh 😳
