I initially wanted to believe that the secretary didn't push Hee Joo (because that would be predictable due to the camera scene where he was around so the only logical thing is he did push Hee Joo and end up he did admit he was the one whom pushed her).
So at this point, I doubt it will be something mind blowing that we couldn't think of.

I guess resorting to the same "When the Phone rings", he will be able to speak to her about this truth and "ask her for her forgiveness" on what his real Father has done.

The Real Paik Sa Eon was just a child back then, what could he have done to cause the car accident? It is not possible that he drives a car, etc.
Real Paik Sa Eon may have been born a Psychopath that their own family knew, so I believe that it's highly likely a heir's life in exchange for another heir's life was offered in exchange with some financial/political benefits which Paik Jang Ho and Hong Il Gyeong made in agreement. Just nice Paik Jang Ho wanted to get rid of that grandson which has no relation to him anyways. Nobody (except for Fake Paik Sa Eon and Real Paik Sa Eon's Mother) knows that Fake Paik Sa Eon is the true heir. Hong Il Gyeong must have thought that the Real Paik Sa Eon has died in order to let go of what Paik Jang Ho has done since the promise was to kill the Real Paik Sa Eon. What Hong Il Gyeong know about Fake Paik Sa Eon is that he is a replacement so he would have expect that the Paik has no relations with each other but wouldn't have known that Fake Paik Sa Eon actually has real relation with Paik Jang Ho while the rest of the Paik family are actually the "fakes."
Else if it's Real Paik Sa Eon whom cause it, it doesn't justify Fake Paik Sa Eon's reaction and disappearance after.
The thing that Real Paik Sa Eon whispered to Fake Paik Sa Eon must be regarding on his father Paik Jang Ho's cause of that car accident when Hee Joo was a still a kid, which caused her brother's death and the start of her "misery" mute life. Nothing to do with them being blood-related.

Not a problem, as they are already together and still together even though 2ML was upset and distanced himself etc. for some time and showed some temper because he feel terrible, but he eventually managed to sort it out and they are back to good relationship from Ep 16 onwards.
I came here after Chasing the Wind as it made me missed this due to the sport. The main scenes of focus towards the Sports is there even though there are romance, toxicity due to jealousy etc, but the sports focus is there that I enjoyed
Well, at least they explicitly tell you what's different between S2 and S1 about SY in Episode 26
It's good to be "stupid" sometimes so that I can enjoy and get intrigued by things and/or topics I never knew about. I definitely don't think there's 100% accuracy in everything portray in this drama, but I am sure we are all smart enough to do our own research and findings if we ever get there when truly interested or if we really wanna.
But otherwise, it's still beyond me that they are able to have plot materials to assist and support whatever this drama has addressed, such as Genes editing, etc.
Such complicated and (boring to some) topics in normal school lectures would have made me fall asleep while listening to the lecturer teach but I find myself paying attention to this drama. And to each of their own on whether some prefer S1 style and direction or S2 which there's no way to make everyone like it, I still enjoy the freshness this Season has given me although there are some predictable villains, but there are also mind blowing concept involves that leaves deep impression. The overall including the humour is good for me, where JF character is more memorable than in S1 for example. I need a S3 with no cliffhanger but a happy ending to conclude the series.
