I learned a lot from the comments. The original manga seems to be rather shallow. Hee Spp starts as a deeply closeted…
The original manga is not shallow. You cannot say that without having read it. No one wants erotic scenes or violence here, we came for a teenage romance where the mc struggles with getting over his best friend and realizing his crush for another person, then how they both go about thier new relationship. It's sweet, it's painful, it's heartwarming. This drama is none of that. It's tense, it's slow , and there's barely any development in the relationship we all came to root for . There's nothing wrong with being disappointed with this drama .
let me also know if that was in the manhwa like who is that person forcing our cutie
Nope there was nothing about blackmailing in the manga until season 2 and even then it was not malicious like these texts are. There wasn't even any anonymous crush giving heesu carrot juice.
Also I had developed some hope after ep 2 but now,,, everyone is so annoying except seungwon. The relationships between the characters are all unlikable , no development of any kind between seungwon and heesu there's 0 tension 0 slow burn nothing they're like classmates bumping into each other awkwardly and that's it. I don't even see why heesu likes chanyoung anymore this dude is just so dismissive towards heesu and his new relationship with jiyu is all thats on his mind. Who cares about heesus sisters relationships to that extent. Why should I care about jiyus and chanyoungs passions they're not even the main couple. ATP in the storyline heesus hair gets longer and looks more carefree but weve left behind everything that the original story had anyway. Why is heesu getting outed and also has a 3rd person confessing to him with carrot juice none of this makes sense. They took the characters and put then in a AU where none of the relationship dynamics or the characterizations apply.
It's a thing that Koreans have I think, even in some dating shows that I watched they don't consider moving on…
Hmm I watch kdramas too but I haven't seen this mindset that much , even if it is a Korean thing I still think it's not right. You'll waste your own time and having such ulterior motives under the guise of friendship is untrustworthy.
That lesbian girl not giving up because her crush was in a relationship was just bad. Why stay by her side in case she breaks up later. She rejected you move on this is simply bad advice and a very icky thing to do, no matter your sexual orientation.
"why are you so ugly?""what about you?""i'm way better looking than you" (episode 1, 12:52)using a character’s…
That conversation pissed me off so much my sweet heesu would never say such a thing to a friend or an enemy. It was super unnecessary and takes away even more from the brightness heesu had in the manhwa. They didn't give him messy hair, didnt let him discover queerness is normal through seungwons moms, didn't give the drama a bright pallette I'm just so pissed. Why do this to heesu.
I just watched ep I know there's some shit ahead but baabin is such a cutie every time he comes on screen I have the urge to bite him he looks so damn soft
Was the last episode directed by someone else? I loved the pace of the whole drama until the end, I liked it since it was sweet, but it was like a genre change?? The deep fully fleshed out characters we were following until ep 6 , where did they go...
Thier dynamic is leaning into the dom/sub part of bsdm.
I feel the same they have pretty good chemistry together, and the characters they portray here feel so real I always wish we could have seen more of thier dynamic.

The miscommunication and misunderstandings are due to thier personalities and the way each of them think, like Yoh is very insecure and cannot comprehend that segasaki does love him and rationalizes everything segasaki does in a contrite way just to make sense of why when he can't love himself this other dude who he loves so much would love him back??? And segasaki only gets to know yohs wierd ways of thinking during the show and we see how he ends up feeling insecure in thier relationship due to not knowing what Yoh actually thinks of thier arrangement or wants out of it. The dom/sub dynamic is there also because of the difference in thier personalities, the way segasaki take charge in thier relationship and Yoh is more of a brat than a sub. There definitely should be more communication in such a relationship because it's very easy to get hurt when both of you are not on the same page, and we do see both of them suffer somewhat in the show as well due to this.
I don't like that Kaori talked to her girlfriend about her lack of intimacy with her boyfriend. It's as if she…
I think he kazuaki made it clear when they started living together that he will not be getting physical with sei. I don't see him playing mind games, it's sei who keeps testing his boundaries and cryptically make it clear that he wants to go further, even though at every attempt of his kazuaki again clearly cuts him off, how else is he supposed to stop him.
