I haven't seen many of these movies, but of read some of the manga versions.
10 Promises To My Dog- I cried my heart out, honestly, I've never cried so much while watching a movie. I had to take a break partway through to go to my bed and cry then come back in finish it. So many feels. It kept on reminding me of my precious cat who had died a year and a half ago, I don't know why but it just brought all those feelings back again.
As for Koizora as people are mentioning below, I watched that just now because I wanted to cry as I was in a sad mood, but I didn't cry at all. I guess movies just affect people differently.
