Yes,the webtoon is already finished and it has around 102 chapters, i think. You can read the official translation on tapas, but it's not free. (I personally read it on mangastic...) You can just search "Business Proposal" on google and it will show up. Also beware there are some another translations that were translated from chinese and the original chapters were cut into multiple parts(150+ chapters).
