In gu family book yea she was new with the acting of course but it depends on the role too because many actors with similar roles play their part kind of "stiff". Maybe I'm biased since she was what got me into K-Dramas, Dream High being my first, but maybe you should at least give her a chance in her more recent dramas. I think she did a great job in the drama, "While You Were Sleeping", and" Uncontrollably Fond". If you don't care about her still then oh well then.

I don't understand why people say Suzy is a bad actress....I honestly think she's great the first K-Drama I watched was Dream High with Suzy being the main character and it's the drama that really got me into K-Dramas. Been watching K-Dramas for four years now and I'm still a fan of Suzy. I think she's great especially with these last two dramas...and I think even better than Park Shin Hye TBH. Park Shin Hye's last drama Doctors/Doctor Crush, I thought, was where she stepped up her acting game. Personally, in the last few K-Drama's Park Shin Hye did before Doctors, I didn't think she did great with her roles. Yet people think she's an amazing actress... I don't get it lol Suzy's acting is fine. She's not bad at all in my opinion.
