I think the recent episode presents a good challenge to Tae Sun. Will she recognize Young Woo as her daughter and rekindle that relationship or will she choose to prioritize her want to become a government official where WYW is actively a threat to that path? Also, her son might be brought into light in future episodes, I hope it doesn't become too cheesy though because I'm not here for that.
I get it Min Woo but damn, putting someone in the spotlight without taking it up first with the higher ups first or Young Woo? Like if I was in his shoes, I'd be pissed too if my coworker got in easy while I worked hard but you see that coworker actually putting in the work every day and they're not just lazing around. She's top of the class and had great contributions to the cases they've had but what do we expect? Min Woo sees this as a competition, I'd imagine he's the type who'll trip a child to win a race.
I just found this out. I'm so excited about this! Chimon, JJ, AJ, Jane, Prim and GUN? All together again for another thriller/suspense series? YES PLEASE!
I haven't watched many Thai series before, except for Girl from Nowhere, but I happened upon videos of Gun and Off, so I decided to watch Theory of Love. Honestly, I didn't really love it but when I saw the summary of Not Me I just couldn't help myself. Then, here I am many many many hours later and I've already finished watching Not Me, The Gift, and The Gift Graduation. Now, I'm planning to watch the start of OffGun with Senior Secret Love. But I prefer Gun in darker roles because I can really see that he has such a wide range of acting (I was so shocked when I watched him in real life because he's so bubbly) and I just love thrillers, so here's to hoping for more roles like Black/White and Punn. I'm now officially a really big fan of Attaphan Phunsawat.
Man, that was a great drama! They finished strong too. I loved the cast since the beginning, except for Kang Hana sometimes but I grew to love her character as the story went on. Loved that they didn't force any romance, which a lot of thriller series do. I went through such a rollercoaster of emotions throughout all the cases, I laughed at Doki's character in cases so much and how much he was brilliant at changing into different roles; I cried a lot because of cases that I know happens in real life and there's no Deluxe Taxi to help. I'll miss this drama and if there is a season 2, I'm sure I'll be waiting.
Just finished with episode 12 and I wish they won't make a couple out of Doki and Hana. Yes, there's tension and I'm all for the Enemies-to-Lovers trope but only if they've genuinely been in each other's presence enough for there to be substance. So, far they haven't had a conversation that doesn't revolve around the plot. I see that a lot of comments are shipping them and they're great (though I ship Doki with Go Eun so much more) but if they do take that route it would feel so unfulfilling.
Sidenote: Why does Doki use fingerless gloves? Is he not worried about leaving fingerprints? Hello, forensics?
I loved this! I'm sad that it's over but I'll be waiting for season 2. Absolutely loved this format, it's a fresh approach to a mystery variety show because I don't think there's one like this where it's a whole big story for the entire show unlike Busted, Great Escape, Crime Scene, etc. where though there are overlapping themes, almost every episode is different. But this format makes you go like: "Oh! That was hinted in episode 4" and it makes you watch previous episodes.
I think Jung Jong Yeon might move on to Great Escape season 4 and then go back to this to make a season 2. Most probably it'll be next year but I hope it'll be sooner. Also hoping that it'll be the same cast because the five of them were perfect! The chemistry was good and there was a fair share of cowards and brave ones, and all of them made contributions, whether towards the plot or to be entertaining.
he is not anymore because of the recent rumors about him
Yes, I know. This comment was way before. The rumors are false by the way but either JBG stepped down himself or the staff are 'being safe' is probably the reason why he's no longer the host.
It's already Feb 17, if we follow the pattern of the two previous seasons, season 4 would be in March. I'm truly looking forward to what they come up with next.
Gosh. I've been trying to find a full English subbed episode of this to no avail. The only ones available were the episode where the winner members are present and even those subs are cut, so you only see Winner (which I don't understand, how can you enjoy their guest appearances when you don't know the context). I hope someone can sub this someday...
